This document provides an overview of different methods for presenting data from research. It discusses graphical methods like bar graphs, pie graphs, and line graphs. It also covers tabular methods which arrange data in rows and columns. Lastly, it addresses textual presentation of data through written paragraphs and examples. The document is intended to outline various tools and formats for effectively communicating findings from studies and experiments.

Aquino, Mary Anne Maure, Cris Supremido, Edison Ydia, Christel Ohlim Presentation of Data Presentation of data is of utter importance nowadays. Afterall everything that’s pleasing to our eyes never fails to grab our attention. Presentation of data refers to an exhibition or putting up data in an attractive and useful manner such that it can be easily interpreted. Chapter 4 PRESENTATION, ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETATION OF DATA
In this chapter presents the results, the analysis and interpretation
of data gathered from the answers to the questionnaires distributed to the field. The said data were presented in tabular form in accordance with the specific questions posited on the statement. Example This chapter presents, analyzes, and interprets all the data gathered through experimentation and survey from respondents using ANOVA of variance, scheffe test, dunnett's test, and t-test. moreover, this chapter shows how the interpretations were made using statistical means. Lastly, this chapter consists of the comparative analysis between the replicated study: Kalabasa and Kamias Ketchup, and Chayote and Kamias alternative Ketchup. In research, the data is commonly presented using charts, tables, or illustrations with textual interpretation Tools used in presenting Data
• Graphs - Used to present too numerous or
complex information in adequately depicted way
• Tables - Organized for coordinating and
showing data, with information arranged in segments and columns Tools used in presenting Data Aa • Text - Used to present data in paragraphed form TYPES OF GRAPHICAL PRESENTATION Bar Graph Graph used to show connections/comparisons between groups. Pie Graph An illustration used to illustrate percentages effectively Line Graph The most effective graph in presenting data that constantly changes over time Pictograph
Also known as a Pictogram is a graph
involving small figures called isotopes which represent different quantities in comparison. TABULAR PRESENTATION TABULAR PRESENTATION It is a table that helps to represent even a large amount of data in an engaging, easy to read, and coordinated manner. The data is arranged in rows and columns. this is one of the most popularly used forms of presentation of data as data tables are simple to prepare and read Example Table 4.1.2 Summary of Means in terms of taste of the replicated study: Kalabasa and Kamias Ketchup TEXTUAL PRESENTATION Textual presentation of data means presenting data in the form of words, sentences and paragraphs. The opposite of textual presentation is graphical Example QUIZ
