Diagnosis of the Situation and Emotions:

As the leader of the neighborhood board, I find myself in a challenging situation where
residents' constant complaints about cleanliness, security, and lighting have begun to take a
toll on me. Despite my efforts to address these issues, I'm experiencing feelings of frustration,
fatigue, and doubt about the value of my role in the community.

Self-Diagnosis Based on Self-Knowledge:

Reflecting on my motivations for taking on this leadership role, I realize that I have a strong
sense of responsibility towards my community and a desire to contribute positively to its well-
being. However, I also acknowledge that I may have underestimated the emotional and mental
demands associated with this position.

Self-Diagnosis Based on Emotional Intelligence:

Recognizing the emotions of frustration and fatigue that I'm experiencing; I understand the
importance of managing them effectively to avoid burnout and maintain my effectiveness as a
leader. I commit to practicing self-awareness and mindfulness techniques to regulate my

In assessing the dynamics within the neighborhood community, I realize that the ongoing
