For some program steps, the MIKSTER MCC 050 FUTURE Microprocessor Controller allows
defining, whether the bar condition is met for:
Read out Temp. (bar) > Preset Temp (bar)
or
Read Out Temp. (bar) < Preset Temp. (bar)
In order to define method of the bar condition interpretation do the following: ( while
remaining
in the SET-UP mode )

F35 10[min] 0..30 "SMOKE GENERATOR" This function determines time, after
output switching off time. which the "SMOKE GENERATOR"
(MCC 050, MCC 100)* output will be switched off, counting
from starting time of the step, in
which the above-mentioned output
was switched on.
F36 0 0..1 The "SHOWER" output Definition:
status.
0 – The “SHOWER" output operation
(MCC 100)* is consistent with its program, that
is it may be switched on or off
throughout the step.
1 – The “SHOWER" output is an
output of the smoke generator
extinguishing system and it is
dependent on smoke temperature
readout. If acceptable smoke
temperature determined in the F39
function is exceeded, then an
impulse signal appropriate for
particular values of the F37 and F38
functions will appear at this output.

SYMBOL DEFINITIONS:

Tz inst – "Instantaneous" preset temperature – temperature control is carried out in relation to this
value.

EXPLANATION OF PRINCIPLES
IF Tod>=Zd and Tod<(Tz-Hd) then the preset temperature "lifting" algorithm is executed, the
algorithm is based on the fact that the controller output (Rout=OFF) is switched off at the moment the
value of instantaneous preset temperature (Tz inst) is exceeded. The output will be switched on again
(Rout=ON) when temperature drop is confirmed; simultaneously new value of instantaneous preset
temperature Tz inst=(Tz-Tod)/2 will be established. In case of establishing preset temperature value
Tz inst>=(Tz-Hd) then Tz inst=Tz.
Case 3
If (Tz+Hg)>=Tod>(Tz-Hd) then the controller output (Rout=OFF) is switched off when temperature
increase is observed. The output will be switched on (Rout=ON) when temperature drop is confirmed
(Rout state change is delayed by time value determined in the F24).
Case 4
If Tod>(Tz+Hg) then the controller output is off (Rout=OFF).
