Dear Sir,
We are pleased to offer you the quotation as the following:

Notes:
1. Customer provide the control room and the detailed drawings for Jereh reference, the quoted updated control system display the master computer
information of Phase I and II;(on separate screens)
2. The two phase control pannels will be located in the Phase II control room, and together with the master computer display, the control pannel will be
capable of alarming, trip indicating, ESD or mannually shut down.
3. A dispenser management system is added, covering the totally 5 sets of refuling dispenser and 10 sets loading dispensing pole, system integrated and
display on two sets of computer, it is capable of handling the refueling/loading data collection/statistic/inquire/reporting.
4. Jereh will provide installation guide, and Customer shall be responsible of construction/manpower/fiber welding tools/manpower.
5. Jereh will send an IE engineer to the site for debugging, air tickets and accommodation need to be provided by the customer.

Commercial Items:

· Trade Terms CIF AQABA SEAPORT,JORDAN INCOTERMS 2010

· Delivery Terms The items will be ready for shipping in Jereh China Facility within 3 months after receiving the down payment.

· Payment Terms 30% advance payment should be paid along with PO; 70% balance payment should be paid before shipment.

· Quotation Validity This quotation will be valid for 30 days.
