Subject: Legal Notice to Miss Sneha Chaudhary in respect of resident agreement dated
16 Jul, 2023 (“Agreement”) signed between Miss Sneha Chaudhary , (“you”) and
DTwelve Spaces Private Limited (“Company”) with respect to Turin House Gayatri
Building, Next To Infosys Gate 7, Konappana Agrahara, Electronic City,
Konappana Agrahara, Electronic City, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560100, India

Dear Sneha Chaudhary,

This notice is in reference to the resident agreement entered into between you and the Company.
Subsequent to the execution of the resident Agreement, there have been instances of
non-genuine complaints and disturbances originating from your end. Such behavior is not
conducive to a harmonious living environment and goes against the principles of our community
standards. It has now been brought to our notice that you have violated the terms of the
Agreement as you have been found creating ruckus at the property, We have observed instances
making false complaints or causing unnecessary disturbances disrupts the peace and well-being
of our community. It also places an unnecessary burden on our resources and staff. This is Your
final warning not to create any further nuisance at the property. If any such incident is again
brought to notice of the Company, you will be evicted from the property. This is your last and
final warning. Please pay the above-mentioned amount to the Company at the earliest.
