Construction of Oriental Crown


Step 1 - Construction of the tower bottom

Material preparation:

Beam0808-056 2 M4*14 screw 4

Construction process:
1. Prepare the Beam0824-032*2 and the Beam0808-056*1. Screw M4*14*2 screws from one side of the
Beam0808-056 and fasten them as shown in the figure below. Pay attention to the positive and negative
orientations of the structural parts.

2. Repeat the above step to make another such component.

3. Pass two Beam0808-088 through both sides of two Beam0808-056 components with four M4*22 screws
as shown in the figure below; then screw them in the side threaded holes of the Beam0824-032.

Step 2 - Construction of the tower body

Material preparation:

Construction process:

1. On the basis of the tower bottom, continue to add a layer with the Beam0808-088, while respectively leave a
hole at both ends of the Beam0808-088 as shown in the figure below. Fasten M4*22 screws with M4 nuts now.

2. Repeat the above step, and continue to increase the number of layers with Beam0808 with the same number of
holes or more than 2 holes, and fasten them with M4*22 screws and M4 nuts until all Beam0808 are used up.
Note that the longitudinal Beam0808 are as long as the horizontal Beam0808 in the lower layer.

Step 3 - Construction of the tower top

Material preparation:

Construction process:

1. Fasten the connections between the Beam0824-192 and the Beam0808 with M4*30 screws as shown in
the figure below, and use this type of screws when connecting the corresponding Beam0824 on the other
side, otherwise the length will not be enough for fixing.

2. Continue to add the Beam0824 as shown in the figure below. Install the Beam0824-192 separated by one hole,
two holes and one hole respectively. Fasten each Beam0824 with two M4*22 screws and M4 nuts.

Step 1 - Construction of the cage top

1. Connect the Beam0808-056 and the plate B 7*9 with M4*14 screws and M4 nuts as shown in the figure
below. Take the second and fourth holes on the left to make one more such component.

2. Place the Beam0824-112 on the Beam0808. Pass through two holes of the Beam0824-112 with two M4*14
screws, and screw into the inner threaded slots of the lower Beam0808 component. Place the above two M*14
screws on both sides of the internal screws of the Beam0808. Keep them aligned.

3. Continue to install the Beam0824-112, and install the previous made Beam0808 component on the other side.
Pay attention to the screw position and orientation.

2. Install the Beam0824-096 with a 4*8*2 nylon spacer on the left side and a 4*8*2 nylon spacer on the right and
a 4*7*3 nylon spacer. Install the Beam0824-080. Place two Beam0824-032 on the left and right sides, and connect
them with M4*22 screws, but the Beam0824-032 on both sides should be able to move flexibly to facilitate the
connection between the cage top and the cage body in later steps.

3. Construct the other side of the cage in the same way, and complete the construction of the cage top.

Step 2 - Construction of the cage sides

1. As shown in the figure, put one end of the Beam0824-144 at one end of the Beam0824-160 in upright
position. Align all holes and pay attention to the beams' orientation. Use a M4*22 screw to pass through the
Beam0808-152 and the Beam0824-144, and then screw it into the side threaded hole of the Beam0824-160.
Fix the M4*22 screw. Pay attention to the orientation of the Beam0808-152.

2. Install the other side in the same way.

3. Mount the Beam0824-128 horizontally on two Beam0824-144, and use M4*22 screws and M4 nuts to fix them.

4. Mount the second Beam0824-128 behind these Beam0824-144 through the next hole. Pay attention to the hole
positions.

5. As shown in the figure, mount the Beam0808-152 on the last hole position of the Beam0824-144. Use M4*22
screws to pass through the Beam0808-152 and the Beam0824-144, and then fix them on the side threaded holes
of other two Beam0824-160. Pay attention to the orientation of the Beam0808-152.

6. Mount four Beam0824-160 with M4*14 screws on both sides of the cage body as shown in the figure.

7. As shown in the figure, mount two Beam0824-160 to the top of others with M4*14 screws, with one side of the

nylon spacers on it as shown in the figure below.

3. As shown in the figure below, install the plate 3*6 at the fourth hole on the other door leave, and install the
screws at the third hole on the left of the plate.

4. In the position of the figure below, pass the M4*22 screws through a 4*7*3 nylon spacer, a Beam0824 as
shown in the figure below, a 4*7*1 nylon spacer and a 4*7*3 nylon spacer in turn, and then screw it into the
threaded slot of the Beam0808-152.

5. Pass 4*160mm D shaft through inner holes of the Beam0824-160 protruding above the cage. Insert it to both
sides of the door frame, and insert on the lower Beam0808-152. Add a 4*7*3 nylon spacer between the door
frame and the Beam0808-152 as shown in the figure below. Then fasten the D shaft with 4mm shaft collar.

shorter Beam0824 to replace a Beam0824-064. Note that the screw should be screwed into the threaded hole in

Structural analysis

The stone mill can be divided into a mill body and a chassis.

Each group consists of five persons. Among them, two are responsible for making the stone mill body, and three
are for making the chassis.

longitudinal direction when operating.

the Beam0808-104 with M4*14 screws as shown in the figure below. Align the holes of the Beam0808 and
the Beam0824, and pay attention to the orientation of the threaded slots of the Beam0808. Install the brackets
L1 and P1 symmetrically on the other side.

hubs. Screw the M4*22 screws from each side of the shaft clamping hub from the non-threaded side, and use
the threaded side for fixing.

2. Make a tire with the flange bearing according to the previous method. Fix the shaft collars on both sides of the linear
motion shaft 4*240mm. Insert the tire into the linear motion shaft, and then fix it with the shaft collar on the outside of

figure below. Symmetrically connect another triangular connector 6*8 on the other side.

3. Connect the two components with M4*8 screws and M4 nuts as shown in the figure below. Pay attention to
the hole position!

2. Fix the bottom with a shaft collar, and clamp the Beam0824.

3. Put the universal joint of the steering wheel into the D shaft above. Note that the universal joint contacts the
shaft collar to prevent the steering wheel from shaking.

Note that the Beam0824-144 at the top should be fixed with two screws only.

below.

3. Fix the handle and D shaft with the shaft collar on another side of the model as shown in the figure
below.

screw through the fifth hole of the Beam0808-120 and screw it in the threaded slot of the Beam0824-080.

7. Install the Beam0808-104 on the Beam0824-080 above the ultrasonic module as shown in the figure below,
fixed them with M4*14 screws, M4*22 screws and nuts respectively.

screw to fix it.

10. Remove the M4*22 screws from the Beam0808-120, then cover all wheel discs with the timing belt 378T

Construction process:

1. Install the stepper motor bracket 42 on the stepper motor 42BYG with four M3*8 cross recessed countersunk flat
head screws. Pay attention to the orientation.

2. Connect the stepper motor and the window frame with a plate 3*6 as shown in the figure below. Connect the
plate and the frame with three M4*14 screws and M4 nuts. Pay attention to the hole position. Connect the
connecting plates and the stepper motor bracket with four M4*14 screws and M4 nuts. Pay attention to the
orientation of the whole window frame here, and don’t install the stepper motor in other corners.

Construction process:

1. Enclose the injection timing belt pulley 90T with a slick tire, and then install the shaft connector at the center
of the circle. Fix them with two M4*14 screws as shown in the figure below. Do the same operation for another
tire.

2. Use the linear motion shaft D4*240mm to pass through two tires and two 8mm shaft clamping hubs. Tighten
the shaft connector with headless screws. Screw the M4*22 screws on the shaft clamping hub, but don’t tighten
them. Use M4*14 screws to connect the two 8mm shaft clamping hubs with the Beam0824-192 as shown in the
figure below. Pay attention to the hole position.

Step 5 - Installation of the control system

Construction process:

1. Use plastic rivets to fix the motor drive module in the holes of the aluminium sheet as shown in the figure below,
and add spacers.

2. Connect the mechanical claw and the motor driver with motor line.

3. Connect the red port of the motor driver with the port 4 of the Me Auriga by an RJ25 connection line, and
connect the motor with the motor port of the Me Auriga.
