Summary

The Rotter Incomplete Sentence Blank (RISB) was administrated on Miss SK. for the purpose of
fulfillment the course of psychological assessment class in the graduate college Kasur. She was 21
years old. She was well-mannered and disciplined girl. She showed cooperative attitude throughout
the test. The participant referral by herself. She was belong to upper middle class family and she was
friendly and confident during the test administration. For this assessment test ,it can be concluded
that participant obtain score that is below the cutoff score that means that the participant has good
adjustment level. She is well adjusted and her parental relationship is satisfying.

The participant assessment was done through psychological test (RISB).

Reason of Referral

The participant referral by herself. RISB test administrator for fulfilment the course of
psychological assessment.

Participant’s Background Information:


Family History

The participant's mother was 36 years old. Her qualification was BA and she was a
housewife. The participant had a very strong relationship with her mother. Participant's
mother was super friendly and reported as a disciplined lady. She invested much of her time
in caring for her child and provided proper guidelines for a healthy lifestyle.
The participant's father was 42 years old. His qualification is Maters and worked as a
business man. The participant had a healthy relationship with her father. He always thought
practically and showed his child the proper and prosperous way to live their life.
The participant was the second born among her 4 siblings. The other siblings are
studying in school and universities. The participant shares a healthy relationship with all
of her siblings.

Personal History:

The participant was born normally and was physically healthy at birth. She has completed all
developmental stages and is now psychologically and physiologically fit.

She started school education at the age of 3 and completed matric with high scores. And then
pass inter with good scores. And now she is doing Bs honors. She has good relationships with her
peers, is obedient, and shows respect to her teachers. Her parents have a loving and caring attitude
towards her. She consistently demonstrates excellent academic performance, indicating her high
intellectual level.

Test Administration:

The test was administered in a small room. Proper instructions were given before the test as
mentioned in the manual. She carefully listened to all the instructions. The room environment was
quite calm and peaceful. The room temperature was also normal. The participant took at least 30
minutes for the test.

Test taking attitude:

She was neatly dressed up. She is 5.5 feet in height. She was sitting on the desk comfortably.
She was a well-mannered and disciplined girl. She showed a cooperative attitude
throughout the test.

Qualitative Analysis

Familial Attitude

The participant's familial attitude seems to be positive. Her relationships with her family are
healthy. She feels comfortable and content at home, as she reported in item no. 4, "At home: I keep
eating something or the other all the time." She shares all of her emotions with her family. The
participant's home atmosphere is reported to be healthy. She also has strong relationships with both
her mother and her father. She expresses in item no. 11, "is very strong," and in item no. 35, "Father
is my biggest support." Additionally, the participant recalls having a carefree childhood, as reported
in item no. 17.
Social Attitude

The client experiences conflicts with individuals listed in items 5, 9, 10, 19 and 29. She lacks
positive thinking towards others, expressing sentiments about people misinterpreting the meanings
of relationships and being unable to treat others the way family does. She cannot tolerate disrespect
and feels pain when her father and mother cry." Despite these challenges, item no. 27 indicates that
I am best when I’m happy.

General Attitude

Her general attitude was also normal. She likes spending most of her time with her parents, as
indicated in item no.11 and 35. Dancing is something I sometimes like, as mentioned in item no. 38.
She was very carefree in her childhood. She also suffered distress when hurt by others.

Character Traits

She has a good relationship with her family. She loves to help others. She has a soft-hearted
personality. She takes care of her family and other people. She wants to give her parents every
happiness in the world. Overall, her character is good.

Discussion

The client has positive feelings about her family. She feels that the purpose of her life is to
become better than the best. She scored below the cutoff scores. This result shows that she has no
maladjustment. She has some conflicts as well as positive feelings around her surroundings.

Conclusion

The result revealed that participant scored below the cutoff score which show that she has no
maladjustment.
