1. What kind of diseases do you often have?

Actually, I sometimes have a terrible cold. I feel really tired and have a
sore throat, I just want to rest.

2. What kind of treatment do you often have when you are sick?
To be honest, there are some ways I often use to feel better. I should
drink warm water with vitamin C or eat vegetable and fruit. It’s a good
idea for me to get enough sleep. However, if I were you I would go to
see a doctor.

3. What do you do to improve your health?


Well, I often do some activities to improve my health. I had better do
exercise regularly and have a healthy diet. Sometimes, I also need clear
up my mind and boost my mood

4. Do you think that physical exercises are good for health?


To be honest, physical exercises play a very important role for people’s
health. The positive things it bring are improve your stamina, stay in
shape and release the stress.
