percent monthly
interest. If Mr. Subal Sai is failed to return of received amount in (April 2022 to
July 2023) then First party is bound for transfer/sell the same property to the
SECOND PARTY at the total cost of Rs.
36,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty-Six lacs
Only) on the following terms and conditions. If First party ready for sale of mortgage
property to second party then first party is not liable for paying any interest to second

If First party is ready for transfer on the name second party then on the following term
and conditions:-

be due and payable to the Developer under the Flat Buyer's Agreement up to the
date of transfer of the said property in the records of the Developer.

of the Second Party within the above specified period, for any reasons whatsoever,

PERFORMANCE OF CONTRACT by Court of Law at the cost and expenses of the
First Party.
4. The Second Party is empowered to get the property registered or get the sale
completed through execution of Attorney documents etc. either in his/her own name

have no objection
6. That the First Party hereby confirms that the said property is free from any
encumbrance, sale, gift. liens, court injunctions, attachments
indemnify the Second Party against any actual loss, cost or damages ifMortgage(loan)

any breach of this representation by the First party
AND all the outstanding dues
against the said property shall be cleared/paid by the
First Party upto the date of
