2) Claim: Schools should punish students for cyberbullying.

Counterclaim: Some may disagree and say that cyberbullying is not as
impactful compared to normal bullying since its online.
Rebuttal: Same could be said to others, although it may not be as impactful,
it can still cause others to experience emotions like depression.
