All orders received by Active char/indo German plant will be subject to quotation on the basis of a Performa Invoice for subsequent confirmation by the
customer in writing. No order will be entered for production and/or delivered until reception of the confirmation of said Performa Invoice in writing,
unless otherwise specified.
2. PRICES
Our prices are to be understood on the basis of the INCOTERMS conditions mentioned on the Performa Invoice or previously agreed with the customer.
3. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment will be effected according to the conditions set up in the Performa Invoice, unless they were previously agreed with the customer.
The amount should be paid to our bank account mentioned in the Performa Invoice, on due time.
4. WARRANTY
The product will have a shelf life of 5 years and the operation life of our product depends up on the operational condition.
