GASING BRANCH
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Pusat Tuisyen Tutor Tutor Cemerlang (TTC) reserves the rights to update or revise the following terms
and conditions without prior notice.

SECTION A: NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION

1. Kindly fill up the TTC Student Registration Form and the online classroom registration form
(WhatsApp message) to register yourself at TTC. Please take note that this is Gasing branch
when filling up the forms.
2. If you are introduced by your friend/family, kindly ensure that only ONE name is filled in the
‘Introducer’ column.
3. RM20 of registration fees and RM50 of deposit will be collected upon registration to serve
as a guarantee towards TTC for any eventuality that may occur in the future.
4. The RM50 deposit will be contra with last payment if there is no debts or outstanding
payment and the withdrawal form is submitted 1 month in advance.
5. New students enrolling after Week 1 of the month may opt for pro-rated tuition fees, reflecting
the number of weeks attending in the first month. For instance, if a student begins attending in
week 3, only fees for the corresponding 2 weeks will be charged.
6. Alternatively, students may opt to pay for full month tuition fees, and in return, will be entitled
to video recordings of any missed tuition classes of the month.

SECTION B: FEES PAYMENT

2. Monthly fees are charged based on student’s actual attendance (online and physical) according
to TTC Calendar (4 weeks per month; 4 classes per subject) and notes request.
3. Full payment of tuition fees must be made latest by 15th of the month. Any late payment will
be charged an additional administrative fee of RM10.
4. Paid fees are NOT refundable and NOT transferable.
5. Fees are not allowed to be pro-rated for existing student.
6. Please follow the steps given in the form to make payment for student’s tuition fees. Once
payment is made, it is advisable to upload the payment slip to TTC Gasing Tuition Fees Online
Transfer System 2.0 for us to issue the receipt to you.
7. All payment slips must consist of the following details for ease of tracking:
i. Reference Number/ID
ii. Transaction Date and Time
iii. Name and Account No. of Beneficiary
iv. Payment Amount
v. Recipient Reference with Student’s Full Name followed by Gasing branch code “G”,
i.e., John Tan Sek Xia G
8. Extra fees of RM10 per class will be charged if there is an additional class attended (including
video requests) within the month. If the double classes attended exceed 3 classes per month,
the fees will be charged based on monthly tuition fees of RM50.
9. Students with more than 2 months of outstanding fees will not be permitted to attend classes
and receive notes until the overdue fees are settled.

SECTION C: TUITION CLASS ATTENDANCE

1. Each student is allowed to attend only ONE class per week; FOUR classes per month for each
subject.
2. This attendance can be either in person (physical class) or online (virtual class), based on the
student’s preference and availability.
3. In the event that a student is unable to attend the class, they may request for video recordings
of the missed session, with terms and conditions applied.
4. Students opting to join online class are required to complete the Online Classroom
Registration Form provided to enrol in the respective Google Classrooms.
5. It is mandatory for students to join online class using their FULL NAME with capital letters.
Failure of doing so may result in delays in accessing online class.

SECTION D: TUITION NOTES

1. Notes will be distributed to students attending physical classes without the need for additional
online notes requests.
2. Online class students are required to request for notes with the link provided starting from the
third week of the previous month. For example, requesting for December’s notes during
November’s Week 3.
3. Students are allowed to request notes only for the subjects they are enrolled in and have paid
for.
4. Any requests for notes pertaining to unregistered subjects will incur a FULL AMOUNT
charge, regardless of the class attendance.
5. Starting from March 2024, any additional note requested will be charged RM100 per note.

SECTION E: VIDEO RECORDING

1. Video requests must be done through this link within the month according to TTC Calendar.
Any request made after the last day of Week 4 will NOT be entertained.
2. All video recordings will be shared through E-mail or Google Classroom. Kindly check your
E-mail or Google Classroom’s Inbox for the recordings.
3. Please do not request for any recordings if you have attended physical or online class within
the same week. Otherwise, additional fees would incur. (Please refer to Section B (8).)
4. Students can only request videos:
a. for the subjects that they are registered with.
b. from own branch (Gasing) tutor.
5. All video requests would be processed within 5 to 7 working days.
6. Kindly contact your subject tutor if you did not receive any videos 7 days after you made your
request.
7. Free Trial Class (IGCSE) students are NOT allowed to request for recorded videos.
8. The final decision to share video recordings is at the discretion of each subject’s tutor.
9. The video recordings will only be available for 7 days starting from the day you receive it.
