VUE ERENCE MARISKA SHROFE | worked with a team of 5 other members where | delegated and negotiated tasks and roles that each Person had to accomplish. | also checked up on my fellow teammates to remind them of deadlines that were nearing, for which | continuously monitored their work, communicated on our common group chat and gave them feedback on how to improve. | learnt problem solving, critical thinking and unleashed my inner creativity throughout the whole process of making, filming and designing the product. | filled out the competences assessment sheet and meticulously created my individual self reflection, and lastly, jotted down the group self assessment. Our group designated roles to each other while choosing our product. My four peers and I designed a business plan and communicated via Zoom. | contacted an IT expert to receive feedback on our portable charger, two of my peers and I also brainstormed a creative and eye- catching way to promote our product. However we did have some trouble making the charger like, finding the right size of solar panels, but we overcame that by tweaking our product. As its name suggests, the Solar Sync Charger is very sustainable and meets three SDG goals, which | spoke about in the pitch ppt. then not only wrote informational write ups but also proofread the ones provided by my teammates and finally, | presented our group leader with an Individual reflection on the work | did. NABEEHA LOKHANDWALA Since we were working in a large group, we considered every person's skill set when we were choosing the roles for this project. Next, It took us a while to figure out the products we were going to make, but as soon as we established making the charger, we brainstormed many ideas on how to carry that process forward. The interview for the feedback of the project however, gave us a better understanding on how we can Improve our Product. We then met up for the making of the charger and pushed aside whatever obstacles that came in our way, therefore finding a way to finish making the product.
