SESSION 103: PROACTIVE

PREPARATION

Genius meditation

Visualize and slow your gaze and close your eyes. Breathe in calm, balance, ease,
stillness, and peace. Breathe out negativity, toxicity, anxiety, stress, and pressure.

When a thought comes up let your mind go back to calm, balance, ease, stillness,
and peace.

Visualize a flag at the top of the mountain. Flag can be any color on a white pole.
This flag is going to be what we’re working towards. Imagine that you’re climbing
this mountain. Visualize going up this mountain step by step. Visualize yourself
gradually climbing this mountain with intention. Consciously making sure that each
step is secure.

You have to take this step and test to see if this mountain is right. You may have to
jump or leap to another area and this may be quite scary.
You have to prepare your mind. You have to keen your shoes to get that grip you
want to get.

You may have to lighten your load and let some things go. Sometimes before you
leap you may have to put in a bit more preparation but then you’re ready.

Visualize that you made it. With each step and leap make sure you breathe in and
breathe out.

In your own time and at your own pace. Breathe out negativity, toxicity, anxiety,
stress, and pressure. Breathe in calm, balance, ease, stillness, and peace.

Visualize yourself getting closer and closer to the top and that you get to that
flag. You may feel excitement, joy, contentment for getting to this flag.

Key Insights
The mistake many people do is obsess over goals. Most people are
addicted to goals and not addicted to growth. Taking small steps and
testing the waters is what brings you success to preparing to take a
leap.

Don’t jump to result, jump to process.

Steps are either learning or doing.

Three type of steps


1. Doing; eg. jump in the car and drive.
2. Testing the waters; experiment.
3. Learning

When you have a big goal:

First figure out what you have to learn to do it. Figure out where the
leap is but don’t worry about it. The leap will come in it’s own time.
Focus on learning and doing. Be aware that sometimes you have to
take a leap.
When you focus on learning and doing the leap becomes natural.

Most people focus on the leap and that’s too scary. It’s just a step and not a leap.
Not everything is a leap. Know what you’re learning, know what you’re doing, and
know if you’re ready to take a leap. Do not let that leap scare you. Focus on
learning and doing. The leap will naturally come up.
