    CERTIFICATION

    This is to certify that BAGO Indigenous Cultural Communities


    (ICCs)/Indigenous Peoples (IPs) who originated from Ilocos Sur and La Union
    have established their permanent residents in the Province of Quirino particularly
    in the municipalities of Maddela (Barangays Dumabato Norte and Sur,
    Buenavista, Balligui, San Martin), Diffun (Barangays Andres Bonifacio, Macate,
    Cajel, Aurora west and East, Rafael Palma, Baguio Village, Magsaysay, San
    Isidro), Saguday (Rizal, Lapaz, Gamis, Dibul, Magsaysay) and Aglipay
    (Barangay San Ramon).

    Likewise, this is to certify that the above-mentioned ICCs/IPs are now a


    domicile in the Province of Quirino having been abandoned their place of origin,
    registered as voter in the Province of Quirino, and ultimately, they intent to
    remain in the Province of Quirino.

    This certification is issued for all legal intent and purposes it may serve.
