ISCC is an independent multi-stakeholder
organization that provides a globally
applicable certification system for the
sustainability of raw materials and products,
traceability through the supply chain, and the
determination of greenhouse gas emissions
and savings. It aims to contribute to the
implementation of environmentally, socially,
and economically sustainable production and
use of all kinds of biomass in global supply
chains.
ISCC is oriented towards the reduction of
greenhouse gas emissions, sustainable use of
land, and the protection of natural habitats.
ISCC-certified biomass shall not be produced
on land with high biodiversity value, high
carbon stock, and peatland. Areas with high
conservation value are also excluded.

Stages of ISCC Certification at
PT Qualitas Certification Indonesia (QSI)

1. Applicant submits signed application form.

2. QSI reviews the application form, then sends the offer (1 working day after receiving the application form).
3. Applicant signs the offer. Then send it back to QSI.
4. QSI sends the invoice (1 working day after receiving the signed offer).
5. 100% full payment of the invoice by the applicant.
6. Applicant registers to the ISCC website (1 working day after the payment)
7. Auditor submit the audit plan (1 - 3 working days after the payment)
8. Auditor conducts an onsite audit.
9. NC Settlement, if any (40 Calendar days, max. after the closing meeting).
10. Reporting by auditor (1-3 working days after receiving NC settlement).
11. Certification decision by Certifier (14 Calendar days after receiving the audit report).
12. If there is no NC, the ISCC certificate will be released within 14 Calendar days, max. after the closing
meeting.
13. Re-Certification.
The validity period of the certificate is 1 (one) year. The certified company need to re-registers 3 months
before the certificate expires.
