Bombay Molds Work focuses on providing range of Plastic Injection Moulds for Caps and Closures,
Packaging Industry. Apart from Precise Mould making we are also into manufacturing of Precise mould
parts for Pens and our own Hot Runner Systems.

best in industry processes for plastic injection mould and Hot runner system. The systems related to

Hot Runner Systems
Hot runner systems are feed systems for injection molds which convey molten plastic from the machine
nozzle into the cavity. BMW works with our own HRS to create better plastic parts. Being supplier of high
performance injection molds, we deliver optimized part quality, faster cycle times, comprehensive
processing solutions, and complete development support. our hot runner systems and manufacturing
solutions guarantee part-to-part consistency, reduced mold maintenance, and increased production
uptime and profitability.

Bombay Molds Machinery Works Pvt. Ltd., a division of Bombay Molds Work, is a manufacturer, exporter
and supplier of special purpose machineries. Started in the year 2018, in a very short span of time we
have registered a place for ourselves in the market. .
Due to high demand of Packaged drinking water we have came with complete solutions for our customer
by giving them complete package of Mold, HRS , Folding and slitting machine.

Cap Slitting Machine

Plastic cap folding machine folds tamper evident ring with is vertical
axis. The machine is equipped with main motor operated by inverter
and speed changer. The caps wereplaced in rotary bowel feeder for
orientation of cap attached with a chute which takes caps to folding
area where the temper evident ring gets folded.

We manufacture machine that comes with different speeds as per

customer requirements as per model number. .

BMMW FM 100 comes with folding speed of 100 caps per minute with 6 heads.
BMMW FM 200 comes with folding speed of 200 caps per minute with 8 heads.
BMMW FM 300 comes with folding speed of 300 caps per minute with 12 heads.
BMMW FM 600 comes with folding speed of 600 caps per minute with 12 heads high speed line.

vertical axis mandrel and horizontal cutter. The machine is equipped
with main motor operated by inverter and speed changer. Caps were
placed in rotary bowel feeder for orientation of cap attached with a
chute which takes caps to slitting area, where slitting of temper
evident ring takes place.

We manufacture machine that comes with different speeds

as per customer requirements as per model number.
