‫ﻻ ﻴﺴﻌﻨﻲ ﺒﻌﺩ ﺃﻥ ﺘﺤﺴﺴﺕ ﺒﺎﻜﻭﺭﺓ ﻫﺫﺍ ﺍﻟﺠﻬﺩ ﺇﻻ ﺃﻥ ﺃﺘﻘﺩﻡ ﺒﻜﺎﻤل ﺸﻜﺭﻱ ﺃﻭﻻﹰ ﻭﺍﹼﺨﺭﺍﹰ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﷲ‬
‫ﺘﻌﺎﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﺫﻱ ﻫﺩﺍﻨﻲ ﻟﻬﺩﺍﻩ ﻭﻭﻓﻘﻨﻲ ﺒﺘﻭﻓﻴﻘﻪ ‪،‬ﻭﻤﻥ ﺜﻡ ﺃﺘﻘﺩﻡ ﺒﻭﺍﻓﺭ ﺍﻟﺸﻜﺭ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻘﺩﻴﺭ ﻷﺴﺘﺎﺫﻱ ﺍﻟﻔﺎﻀل‬
‫ﺍﻟﺩﻜﺘﻭﺭ ﻋﺒﺩ ﺍﻟﺒﺎﻗﻲ ﻴﻭﻨﺱ ﺇﺴﻤﺎﻋﻴل ﺍﻟﺫﻱ ﺃﺨﺫ ﺒﻴﺩﻱ ﻁﻴﻠﺔ ﺭﺤﻠﺔ ﺒﺤﺜﻲ ﻤﻨﺫ ﺃﻥ ﻜﺎﻥ ﻓﻜﺭﺓ ‪ ،‬ﻓﻜﺎﻥ ﻟﻲ‬
‫ﻨﻌﻡ ﺍﻟﻤﺸﺭﻑ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﺭﺸﺩ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﺭﺠﻊ ‪.‬‬
‫ﻭﻴﺴﺭﻨﻲ ﺃﻥ ﺃﺘﻘﺩﻡ ﺒﺎﻟﺸﻜﺭ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻘﺩﻴﺭ ﻷﺴﺎﺘﺫﺘﻲ ﺒﻘﺴﻡ ﻋﻠﻭﻡ ﺍﻟﻤﻜﺘﺒﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﻌﻠﻭﻤﺎﺕ ﺒﺠﺎﻤﻌﺔ ﺍﻟﻨﻴﻠﻴﻥ‬
‫ﺍﻟﺫﻴﻥ ﻗﺩﻤﻭﺍ ﻟﻲ ﻴﺩ ﺍﻟﻌﻭﻥ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﺸﻭﺭﺓ ﻓﻲ ﺇﻋﺩﺍﺩ ﻫﺫﻩ ﺍﻟﺩﺭﺍﺴﺔ ﻭﺃﺨﺹ ﺒﺎﻟﺸﻜﺭ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻘﺩﻴﺭ ﺃﺴﺘﺎﺫﺘﻲ ﺍﻟﻔﺎﻀﻠﺔ‬
‫ﺍﻟﺩﻜﺘﻭﺭﺓ ﺴﻜﺭﺓ ﻋﺒﺩ ﺍﻟﺭﺤﻤﻥ ﺍﻟﻁﻭﻴل ‪.‬‬
‫ﻜﻤﺎ ﺃﺘﻘﺩﻡ ﺒﺎﻟﺸﻜﺭ ﻭﺍﻟﻌﺭﻓﺎﻥ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺠﺎﻤﻌﺔ ﺍﻟﻨﻴﻠﻴﻥ ﻤﻤﺜﻠﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻜﻠﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺩﺭﺍﺴﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻴﺎ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﻤﻨﺤﺘﻨﻲ‬
‫ﻓﺭﺼﺔ ﺩﺭﺍﺴﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﺎﺠﺴﺘﻴﺭ‪ .‬ﻭﺃﺘﻭﺠﻪ ﺒﺨﺎﻟﺹ ﺍﻟﺸﻜﺭ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻹﺨﻭﺓ ﻓﻲ ﻤﺭﻜﺯ ﺍﻟﻤﻠﻙ ﻓﻴﺼل ﻟﻠﺒﺤﻭﺙ‬
‫ﻭﺍﻟﺩﺭﺍﺴﺎﺕ ﺍﻹﺴﻼﻤﻴﺔ ‪ -‬ﺒﺎﻟﻤﻤﻠﻜﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﺭﺒﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺴﻌﻭﺩﻴﺔ ‪ -‬ﻹﻤﺩﺍﺩﻫﻡ ﻟﻲ ﺒﺎﻟﻤﺼﺎﺩﺭ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﺭﺍﺠﻊ ﺍﻟﻘﻴﻤﺔ‬
‫ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺃﻓﺎﺩﺘﻨﻲ ﻜﺜﻴﺭﺍﹰ ﻓﻲ ﺇﻋﺩﺍﺩ ﻫﺫﻩ ﺍﻟﺩﺭﺍﺴﺔ ‪ ،‬ﻜﻤﺎ ﻻ ﻴﻔﻭﺘﻨﻲ ﺃﻥ ﺃﺸﻜﺭ ﺠﻤﻴﻊ ﺍﻟﻁﻼﺏ ﻭﺍﻟﺒﺎﺤﺜﻴﻥ‬
‫ﻭﺃﻋﻀﺎﺀ ﻫﻴﺌﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﺩﺭﻴﺱ ﺒﻤﺠﺘﻤﻊ ﺍﻟﺩﺭﺍﺴﺔ ﺍﻟﺫﻴﻥ ﺘﻌﺎﻭﻨﻭﺍ ﻤﻌﻲ ﻓﻲ ﻤلﺀ ﺒﻴﺎﻨﺎﺕ ﺍﻻﺴﺘﺒﺎﻨﺔ ‪.‬‬
‫ﻭﺃﺨﻴﺭﺍ ﺃﺘﻘﺩﻡ ﺒﺸﻜﺭﻱ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺠﻤﻴﻊ ﺃﺼﺩﻗﺎﺌﻲ ‪،‬ﻭ ﺯﻤﻼﺌﻲ ﺒﻌﻤﺎﺩﺓ ﻤﻜﺘﺒﺎﺕ ﺠﺎﻤﻌﺔ ﺍﻟﻨﻴﻠﻴﻥ ﻭﺫﻟﻙ ﻟﻤﺎ ﺃﺒﺩﻭﻩ‬
‫ﺘﺠﺎﻫﻲ ﻤﻥ ﺘﻌﺎﻭﻥ ﻭ ﺘﺸﺠﻴﻊ ﻭﺍﻟﻰ ﻜل ﻤﻥ ﺴﺎﻋﺩﻭﻨﻲ ﻓﻲ ﺇﺨﺭﺍﺝ ﻫﺫﻩ ﺍﻟﺩﺭﺍﺴﺔ ﻭﻟﻡ ﻴﺭﺩ ﺫﻜﺭﻫﻡ ﻓﺠﺯﺃﻫﻡ‬
‫ﺍﷲ ﻋﻨﻰ ﺨﻴﺭ ﺍﻟﺠﺯﺍﺀ ‪.‬‬

‫ﺘﻬﺩﻑ ﻫﺫﻩ ﺍﻟﺩﺭﺍﺴﺔ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﺭﻑ ﻋﻠﻲ ﻭﺍﻗﻊ ﺍﺴﺘﺨﺩﺍﻡ ﺍﻟﻔﻬﺎﺭﺱ ﺍﻵﻟﻴﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﻜﺘﺒﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺠﺎﻤﻌﻴﺔ‬
‫ﺒﻭﻻﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺨﺭﻁﻭﻡ ﻭﺇﻟﻰ ﺃﻱ ﻤﺩﻱ ﺴﺎﻋﺩﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺘﻔﻴﺩﻴﻥ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻭﺼﻭل ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﻠﻭﻤﺎﺕ ؛ ﻭﻗﺩ ﺍﺴﺘﺨﺩﻡ‬
‫ﺍﻟﺒﺎﺤﺙ ﻋﺩﺩﺍﹰ ﻤﻥ ﻤﻨﺎﻫﺞ ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺙ ﻜﺎﻟﻤﻨﻬﺞ ﺍﻟﻭﺼﻔﻲ ﺍﻟﺘﺤﻠﻴﻠﻲ ﺒﺸﻘﻴﻪ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺤﻲ ﻭﺩﺭﺍﺴﺔ ﺍﻟﺤﺎﻟﺔ ‪،‬ﻭﺍﻟﻤﻨﻬﺞ‬
‫ﺍﻟﺘﺎﺭﻴﺨﻲ ‪،‬ﻭﺍﻟﻤﻨﻬﺞ ﺍﻹﺤﺼﺎﺌﻲ ﻭ ﺘﻡ ﺍﻻﻋﺘﻤﺎﺩ ﻋﻠﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﻘﺎﺒﻠﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﻼﺤﻅﺔ ﻭ ﺍﻻﺴﺘﺒﺎﻨﺔ ﻜﺄﺩﻭﺍﺕ ﻟﺠﻤﻊ‬
‫ﺍﻟﺒﻴﺎﻨﺎﺕ ‪،‬ﻭﺘﺄﻟﻔﺕ ﻋﻴﻨﺔ ﺍﻟﺩﺭﺍﺴﺔ ﻤﻥ )‪ (355‬ﻤﺴﺘﻔﻴﺩﺍﹰ ﻤﻥ ﻤﺠﺘﻤﻊ ﺍﻟﺩﺭﺍﺴﺔ ﺍﻷﺼﻠﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﻜﻭﻥ ﻤﻥ ﻁﻼﺏ‬
‫ﺍﻟﺒﻜﺎﻻﺭﻴﻭﺱ ﻭﻁﻼﺏ ﺍﻟﺩﺭﺍﺴﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻴﺎ ﻭﺃﻋﻀﺎﺀ ﻫﻴﺌﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﺩﺭﻴﺱ ﻓﻲ ﺠﺎﻤﻌﺔ ﺍﻟﻨﻴﻠﻴﻥ ﻭ ﺠﺎﻤﻌﺔ ﺃﻡ ﺩﺭﻤﺎﻥ‬
‫ﺍﻹﺴﻼﻤﻴﺔ ﻭﺠﺎﻤﻌﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻭﻡ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻘﺎﻨﺔ ‪.‬‬
‫ﺃﻤﺎ ﺒﺎﻟﻨﺴﺒﺔ ﻟﻤﻌﺎﻟﺠﺔ ﺍﻟﺒﻴﺎﻨﺎﺕ ﻓﻘﺩ ﺍﺴﺘﺨﺩﻡ ﺍﻟﺒﺎﺤﺙ ﺠﺩﺍﻭل ﺍﻟﺘﻜﺭﺍﺭﺍﺕ ﻭﺍﻟﻨﺴﺏ ﺍﻟﻤﺌﻭﻴﺔ ﻓﻲ‬
‫ﻋﺭﺽ ﺍﻟﺒﻴﺎﻨﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﻌﻠﻭﻤﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﻴﺩﺍﻨﻴﺔ‪.‬‬
‫ﻭﺘﻭﺼﻠﺕ ﺍﻟﺩﺭﺍﺴﺔ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺃﻫﻡ ﺍﻟﻨﺘﺎﺌﺞ ﺍﻟﺘﺎﻟﻴﺔ ‪:‬‬
‫‪ .١‬ﺘﺸﻴﺭ ﺍﻟﺩﺭﺍﺴﺔ ﺇﻟﻰ ﻋﺩﻡ ﺍﻟﺘﺯﺍﻡ ﺍﻟﻤﻜﺘﺒﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﺩﺭﻭﺴﺔ ﺒﺎﻹﺭﺸﺎﺩﺍﺕ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﻭﺍﺼﻔﺎﺕ‬
‫ﺍﻟﺨﺎﺼﺔ ﺒﺈﻋﺩﺍﺩ ﻭ ﺘﺼﻤﻴﻡ ﺍﻟﻔﻬﺎﺭﺱ ﺍﻵﻟﻴﺔ ‪.‬‬
‫‪ .٢‬ﺘﺸﻴﺭ ﺍﻟﺩﺭﺍﺴﺔ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺘﻔﺎﻭﺕ ﻨﺴﺒﺔ ﻤﺴﺘﺨﺩﻤﻲ ﺍﻟﻔﻬﺭﺱ ﺍﻵﻟﻲ ﻤﻥ ﻤﻜﺘﺒﺔ ﻷﺨﺭﻯ‪ ،‬ﺤﻴﺙ‬
‫ﻴﺴﺘﺨﺩﻤﻪ ﻓﻲ ﻤﻜﺘﺒﺔ ﺠﺎﻤﻌﺔ ﺍﻟﻨﻴﻠﻴﻥ ﻨﺴﺒﺔ)‪ (%57.1‬ﻤﻥ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺘﻔﻴﺩﻴﻥ ﻭﻓﻰ ﻤﻜﺘﺒﺔ ﺠﺎﻤﻌﺔ ﺃﻤﺩﺭﻤﺎﻥ‬
‫ﺍﻹﺴﻼﻤﻴﺔ ﻴﺴﺘﺨﺩﻤﻪ)‪، (%30.8‬ﻭﻓﻰ ﺠﺎﻤﻌﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻭﻡ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺘﻘﺎﻨﺔ ﻴﺴﺘﺨﺩﻤﻪ)‪.(%26.5‬‬
‫‪ .٣‬ﺘﻌﺘﻤﺩ ﻏﺎﻟﺒﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﻜﺘﺒﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﺩﺭﻭﺴﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻤﻼﺯﻤﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﻜﺘﺒﺔ ﻜﻭﺴﻁﺎﺀ ﻟﻠﺒﺤﺙ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻔﻬﺎﺭﺱ‬
‫ﺍﻵﻟﻴﺔ ﻭﺘﻤﺜل ﺫﻟﻙ ﻓﻲ ﻤﻜﺘﺒﺘﻲ ﺠﺎﻤﻌﺔ ﺍﻟﻨﻴﻠﻴﻥ ﻭﺠﺎﻤﻌﺔ ﺃﻡ ﺩﺭﻤﺎﻥ ﺍﻹﺴﻼﻤﻴﺔ‪ ،‬ﻭ ﺘﻌﺘﺒﺭ ﻤﻜﺘﺒﺔ ﺠﺎﻤﻌﺔ‬
‫ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻭﻡ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻘﺎﻨﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﻜﺘﺒﺔ ﺍﻟﻭﺤﻴﺩﺓ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺘﺘﻴﺢ ﻟﻠﻤﺴﺘﻔﻴﺩﻴﻥ ﺇﻤﻜﺎﻨﻴﺔ ﺍﺴﺘﺨﺩﺍﻡ ﺍﻟﻔﻬﺭﺱ ﺍﻵﻟﻲ ﻭﺍﻟﺒﺤﺙ ﻓﻴﻪ‬
‫ﺒﺄﻨﻔﺴﻬﻡ‬
‫‪ .٤‬ﻤﻌﻅﻡ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺘﻔﻴﺩﻴﻥ ﺒﺎﻟﻤﻜﺘﺒﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﺩﺭﻭﺴﺔ ﺍﺴﺘﻁﺎﻋﻭﺍ ﺘﻠﺒﻴﺔ ﺍﺤﺘﻴﺎﺠﺎﺘﻬﻡ ﻤﻥ ﺨﻼل‬
‫ﺍﺴﺘﺨﺩﺍﻡ ﺍﻟﻔﻬﺭﺱ ﺍﻵﻟﻲ ﻓﻜﺎﻨﺕ ﻨﺴﺒﺘﻬﻡ ﻓﻲ ﻤﻜﺘﺒﺔ ﺠﺎﻤﻌﺔ ﺍﻟﻨﻴﻠﻴﻥ )‪ (%73.5‬ﻭﻓﻰ ﻤﻜﺘﺒﺔ ﺃﻡ‬
‫ﺩﺭﻤﺎﻥ ﺍﻹﺴﻼﻤﻴﺔ )‪ (%72.5‬ﻭﻓﻰ ﻤﻜﺘﺒﺔ ﺠﺎﻤﻌﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻭﻡ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺘﻘﺎﻨﺔ )‪.(%80.8‬‬
‫‪ .٥‬ﻤﻥ ﺃﻜﺜﺭ ﺍﻟﻤﺸﻜﻼﺕ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺘﻌﻴﻕ ﺍﺴﺘﺨﺩﺍﻡ ﺍﻟﻔﻬﺎﺭﺱ ﺍﻵﻟﻴﺔ ﺒﺎﻟﻤﻜﺘﺒﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﺩﺭﻭﺴﺔ ﻨﺠﺩ ﻗﻠﺔ‬
‫ﻋﺩﺩ ﻁﺭﻓﻴﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻔﻬﺎﺭﺱ ﺍﻵﻟﻴﺔ ﻭﻋﺩﻡ ﻭﺠﻭﺩﻫﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺃﻤﺎﻜﻥ ﻤﻨﺎﺴﺒﺔ ﺩﺍﺨل ﺍﻟﻤﻜﺘﺒﺔ ‪ ،‬ﺇﻀﺎﻓﺔ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻨﻌﺩﺍﻡ‬
‫ﺍﻟﺘﺩﺭﻴﺏ ﻓﻲ ﻏﺎﻟﺒﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﻜﺘﺒﺎﺕ ‪،‬ﻭ ﻋﺩﻡ ﻤﻌﺭﻓﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺘﻔﻴﺩﻴﻥ ﺒﻭﺠﻭﺩ ﻓﻬﺭﺱ ﺁﻟﻲ ﺒﺎﻟﻤﻜﺘﺒﺔ ‪.‬‬
‫ﻭﻗﺩ ﺼﺎﻍ ﺍﻟﺒﺎﺤﺙ ﺠﻤﻠﺔ ﺘﻭﺼﻴﺎﺕ ﻴﻤﻜﻥ ﺘﻠﺨﻴﺹ ﺃﻫﻤﻬﺎ ﻓﻴﻤﺎ ﻴﻠﻲ ‪:‬‬

This study aims at the reality about the use of the machine catalogs in the
university libraries in Khartoum state. this included knowing to what extent
they helped the users to have access to information. the researcher used a
number of research methodologies ; such as , the descriptive –analytic
approach with both its divisions - the survey and the case study methods. in
addition, the historical approach and the statistical approach were used the
interview technique ,observation and the questionnaire method were used as
tools of collecting data. The sample of the study was
composed of (355) users of the original research community , which is
composed of bachelor degree students , the graduate students and the
academic staff members of Elneelain University ,Islamic University and the
. University of science and technology
As for data processing , the researcher used the frequency tables and the
. percentage ratios for the review of data and field information
: The study reached the following results
the study points out to that the studied libraries do not adhere to .1
instructions and specifications of the preparation and design of
. the automation catalogs
2. the study points to differ users ratio of automation catalogs ,from one
library ,to the others ,as it is used in Elneelain University library ,by ratio of
(57.1%) of users . in the library of omdurman Islamic University ,by a ratio (30.8
%) and in the University of science and technology by a ratio (26.5%) .
most of the studied libraries depend on the library hall attendant . 3

as mediums for the search in machine catalogs. this is done in the
University of Elneelain and the omdurman Islamic University libraries the
library of the science and technology University conceder as the only
one which allow users of the use of the automation catalog and search
in it by their self .
4. most of the users in studied libraries are able to meet their needs from,
through the use of automation catalog their ratio in University of
Elneelain is (73.5%) in the University of omdurman Islamic is (72.5%) and in
the library of the University of science and technology is (80.8%).
5. the most frequent problems which obstruct the use of the automation
catalogs ,in the studied libraries is the less number of automation catalogs
terminals and their non – location in suitable places inside the library in
addition, the deficiency of training in most libraries ,which means the non
– knowing of the existence of automation catalog in the library .
the researcher formulation a number of recommendations, which could be
summarized as follows:-
1.there is need to endeavor to improve and develop the automation catalogs
in the Universities libraries ,through benefiting from the international
standards and specifications of the preparation and design of the automation
catalogs.
2.there is need to train users on the use of automation catalogs through
training users ,at regular intervals ,for all users.
3.to work for linking the automation catalogs of libraries ,with an network of
information, for cooperation in field of the cataloging and the search for
information.
