SAP EWM – CLASS 20 – Warehouse Process Type Determination in Outbound Delivery

➢ A goods issue from Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) is a physical departure of

products from your warehouse.
➢ Outbound delivery document is created from sales order is ERP.
➢ ERP outbound delivery is replicated in EWM and it is known as outbound delivery request.
➢ EWM system creates Outbound delivery order from outbound delivery request and this
(outbound delivery order is warehouse request document for goods issue).
➢ Then Warehouse task (outbound delivery) is created such as picking, packing, loading etc.

Stock Removal Strategy

➢ Stock removal strategy is a Picking of goods from the Bin
➢ This process occurs after the system has determined a storage type based on the storage type search
process.

Stock Removal Strategy supported in Goods issue process

B. Stringent FIFO (FIFO across all storage types)
C. LIFO
D. Partial Quantities
E. Large/Small

(Picking)

Select line as above and click on Copy
