We are pleased to accept your booking but please note that the maximum capacity in the building is dependent, currently, on any
social distancing restrictions or other guidelines in place at the time of your event. Please check with us by contacting the Parish
Office - 01285 659317 <office@cirenparish.co.uk> before you start selling or distributing tickets for your event. Although we have
accepted your booking, we cannot guarantee that your event will go ahead in the manner that you are expecting or would prefer
due to the possibility of changes in Government restrictions or guidelines at the time of your event. If your event is cancelled due to
COVID restrictions or guidelines, we will refund your booking deposit.

I confirm that the information contained in this Confirmation of Booking Details is correct and I have read, understood and accept
the terms and conditions of this booking. I will provide details of insurance and licence documents for the event at time of booking.

*I confirm that I will supply the number of people to help clear away at the end of my hire, as indicated in the Clear Up box of this
form. This may involve moving heavy items such as pews and staging. If I cannot provide people to help or people are unable to
stay after my event this will incur an extra charge and a further invoice will be issued.

I confirm that I consent to the PCC holding and processing my personal data for all lawful purposes in connection with this booking.

Any changes to the information contained in this Confirmation of Booking Details must be notified to the PCC at least 7 days before
the hiring of the Premises. The PCC reserves the right to render such additional charges as may be requisite in connection with this
booking as a result of such changes.
