TERMS & CONDITIONS


1. In the event that there will be changes of menu, motif, date or time kindly inform us
within 72 hours (3 days) or your request will not be granted.
2. A down payment of 50% for the total cost is required upon transaction made.
3. The due balance shall be paid 2 weeks prior to the occasion.
4. Any cancellation may apply certain fees as liquidated damages prior to the event.
However, if the date can be rescheduled by another client a refund may be permitted. The
deposit or down payment may also be applied to the future event if scheduled within the
calendar year from the original contract date.
5. Any breakages, damages or missing utensils / items used during the occasion will be
charged accordingly.
