Research The primary objectives of this research are:


Objectives 1. Identify potential areas for improvement in the school's support
systems for students dealing with stress and academic pressure.
2. Recognize stressors other than heavy academic workload;
mitigating the difficulty in studying.
3. Investigate student welfare while exploring methods in handling
conflicts in academics.
4. Seeks to provide insights that can inform the development of
effective interventions and support mechanisms to enhance
students' well-being and academic performance.

Statement of the Generally, the study aims to know the strategies utilized by the

pressure within the educational environment of Divine Grace School.

Specifically, the study sought to answer the following questions:

impact the stress level of students?

Research This research study depends on qualitative research to collect insights


Methodology or experience about stresses and academic pressure faced by students
of Divine Grace School.
● Qualitative Data Collection: In-depth interviews will be conducted
with selected students from each grade level to know what
approaches they do to handle stress and academic pressure.

Expected ● Identification of common stressors experienced by students in


Outcomes Divine Grace School.
● Exploration of coping mechanisms employed by students to
manage stress and academic pressure.
● The seminar and programs supported by the guidance office are
expected to raise awareness among students about the importance
of mental health and effective strategies to cope with stress and
academic pressure.
● This study may include a deeper understanding of the factors
contributing to stress and academic pressure among students at
Divine Grace School, as well as the coping mechanisms they
employ.
● This study may uncover common themes or patterns in students'
experiences, shedding light on the emotional, psychological, and
social impacts of these stressors.
