TASK: Choose one of these topics, and write 4 paragraphs and minimum 220-250 words
essay about it.
a) Your garden / one part of your house.
b) One of your experiences while learning a new skill.

If you choose “question a”, you should describe your garden or one part of your house. Be as
specific as possible and use descriptive adjectives appropriately to describe the details
related to the place you are going to write about. Try to use the language forms (e.g.
comparative – superlative, ability – possibility modal verbs /collocations: verbs/adjectives +
prepositions). Also, carefully organize the content and structure of your essay.
If you choose “question b”, you should narrate the steps of your experience to learn a new
skill. Explain the sequence of the events, your feelings while clarifying why it was an
important experience and how it changed your life. Try to use the language forms (e.g. past
tenses – present perfect /obligation – prohibition – ability - possibility modal verbs /
collocations: verbs/adjectives + prepositions). Also, carefully organize the content and
structure of your essay.
