BACC 203 - Case Studies
Answer:
No, even Mr. Maco doesn’t receive the same benefits compare with others he
should still pay his taxes. Because his monthly income is taxable that’s why he is
entitled to just or equitable treatment by paying taxes proportionate to his income
level. In this case, Mr. Maco has the right to ask the government with regards it,
because only the government can explain it to him and can fix it as well. Also,
even though Mr. Maco doesn’t receives personal benefit from the government he
has still benefits from it. Some of this are the government projects like, schools,
infrastructures, churches and etc.
Answer:
No it is not valid. Because how do they make this law if in the first place they
know it is not applicable for everyone. People will think this law is unequal or bias
because it has exemption and we cannot force people to believe that it is true.
Since it’s a law and oftentimes when we hear law the first thing that comes to our
mind is that, we need it to follow and obey whether we like it or not. Also, in the
part of those people who have physical condition it is okay for them because they
are excluded from it. But, in the part of those people who don’t have illness or
problems they will ignore it because they don’t understand the exemption of this
law. They will believe it’s okay if they disobey this law because they see other
people not doing it. It is because they out of awareness but the truth is those are
the people have physical condition and can’t able to take the vaccine. That’s
why because of this law many people will have different understanding on it.
