Effective Governance:

The map outlines the qualities of an effective leader as having strong moral character, actively involving and influencing constituents,
and employing innovative strategies in governing.

A leader with strong character possesses a well-developed moral compass and the ability to discern between right and wrong. We
require a leader who possesses self-awareness, someone who can effectively leverage their strengths and compensate for their
deficiencies. When questioned about the qualities that define a good individual, an excellent leader possesses all conceivable
attributes.

A leader who actively involves and accepts his constituents and grants them autonomy or a role to effect change. An someone who is
actively engaged in the lives of others, overseeing and assessing their welfare and condition.

A leader exerts influence over all individuals and serves as a paragon, inspiring others to emulate their actions. An individual who
nurtures, encourages, and empowers others.

A leader is characterized by their inventive nature, displaying openness and a willingness to adapt to developments. Change is an
uncontrollable force, and as a leader, it is imperative to be the front in accepting and adapting to change. Given the continuous
evolution of leadership abilities and problem-solving, it is imperative for a leader to have faith in the process.
