a. Digital Commerce

referred to as digital commerce, sometimes known as e-commerce or electronic commerce. It

customers, and other parties. As technology has developed, digital commerce has also changed,
giving consumers and businesses new online avenues for communication and transaction.
b. Digital Communication
The transmission of information via digital signals while utilizing electronic devices and
technologies is referred to as digital communication. Binary code is used to represent discrete
signals in digital communication, as opposed to continuous signals in traditional analog
communication. With the widespread use of digital communication, data, messages, and
multimedia content can now be shared.

c. Digital literacy
The ability to use, comprehend, and critically assess technology, communication, and
information in a variety of digital contexts is referred to as digital literacy. It includes a variety of
abilities and proficiencies that allow people to use digital technology in an efficient, ethical, and
responsible manner. Beyond just knowing how to use technology, digital literacy includes being
able to use digital tools for problem-solving, communication, information retrieval, and
teamwork.

d. Digital Rights and Responsibilities


Digital rights and responsibilities are the moral standards and laws that people, institutions, and
communities ought to abide by when using digital resources. In order to guarantee equitable,
secure, and responsible use of digital technologies, information, and communication, these
rights and obligations have been established. Recognizing and upholding our digital rights and
responsibilities is essential as technology permeates more and more areas of our lives.

e. Digital Access
The availability and usability of information and communication technologies, especially the
internet and digital gadgets, are referred to as "digital access." It includes everyone's and
communities' capacity to access and make use of digital opportunities, services, and resources.
Digital inclusion requires digital access, which is closely related to the ideas of digital equity and
the digital divide.
2. What is cyberbullying?
Cyberbullying is a type of bullying that occurs online and through digital platforms. It involves
intimidating, threatening, or harassing people by using technology such as computers,
smartphones, or social media to do so. Cyberbullying can happen through a number of online
channels, such as email, messaging apps, social media sites, online gaming, and other digital
means of communication. It frequently entails a pattern of hurtful behavior and can have serious
