INTRODUCTION
Fast-food restaurants in the Philippines account for half of all revenue shares in the
service sector, bringing in over USD5.72 billion in revenue to achieve a CARG of
15.78% by value over the course of the projected year. Motivated by a very optimistic
perspective and a particular industry, five students made the decision to launch their
own company, investing P100,000 apiece, their lifetime savings. They have chosen to
open a reasonably priced fast-food restaurant named "Pasta at De Lata." The primary
items on the menu will be the well-known fried chicken wings, along with Italian-style
spaghetti in various sauces made with De Lata and a range of nuts as toppings and
mixes. Dessert will be ensaymada.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Jake’s Pasta at De Lata is a prospective fast-food restaurant that is targeted for Tagapo,
Sta Rosa, Laguna. residents, employees, and learners. Five students plan to charge
P99 for cheap spaghetti in the Italian style, ensaymada, fried chicken wings, and De
Lata sauces and nut toppings. The burgeoning fast-food sector in the Philippines served
as their inspiration. The concept is in strong demand, according to market research, with
88% of respondents saying they would be willing to try it and 190 citing quality and price
as priorities. The equipment, store rent, and a bank loan for 2.5 kW are all covered by
the P1.5 million initial investment. The remaining costs are made up of 60% of the
employee's wage, as well as costs for food and power. "Pasta at De Lata" offers
affordable prices, a defined aim, and a viable market, all of which might make it a local
success story.
