    Life as a slave: Humanities

    Ever since I was captured in a battle against Athens about a month ago, working as a
    cook and a servant has been tedious and boring, All I’ve been doing up until this point is
    making textiles, making meals, and baking bread. I’m so tired from all this work, my arms
    are constantly aching and my fingers are covered in blisters, but maybe this torture won’t
    have to last forever. My owners have allowed me to earn and save money, if I just
    continue to save up, in about 2 years I can buy my freedom. Once I leave this place I’ll go
    visit my sister's grave, from what my owners have told me she decided to take the easy
    way out. That is all for today, I’ll continue writing as much as I can. Goodbye.
