add the millet flour , roasted Bengal gram flour, rice flour, chilli powder, salt , cumin seeds and ajawain.
Now add hot oil to it and mix
well ,later add warm water and knead it into a loose non sticky dough.
Now take a chakali press grease the
inside with oil and add the dough into it and press it into chakali shape/round. Heat oil. The oil should be at medium high and deep fry the chakali until it crispy and golden brown.
