April 13, 2022 In this day, We cooked 2 1/8 kg of pancit. We boiled it first in a
cauldron for 10-15 minutes only. In this day, we have 2
charcoal stove so we use 2 cauldron. After boiling, We put it to
strainer to cool first. After cooling, We put some spices to make
it tasty. After that, we fry it for 10-15 minutes, it depends on the
state of the flame. After frying, we strain it to remove the excess
oil and wait till it cools down before adding flavors, After putting
flavors, We packaged it. The number of pancit chicharon that I
packed is 33 pcs.
Eighth Production, May 22 In this day, We cooked 1.92 kg of pancit. We boiled it first in a
cauldron for 10-15 minutes only. In this day, we have 2
charcoal stove so we use 2 cauldron. After boiling, We put it to
strainer to cool first. After cooling, We put some spices to make
it tasty. After that, we fry it for 10-15 minutes, it depends on the
state of the flame. After frying, we strain it to remove the excess
oil and wait till it cools down before adding flavors. After putting
flavors, We packaged it. The number of pancit chicharon that I

APRIL 22, I've packed 64 pieces of Pancit chicharon and I'm the one who taste
2022 the product if it is up to the standard. And I checked the packaging to
ensure that the product are properly sealed to prolong the lifespan of
the product.
APRIL 28, I've packed 36 pieces of Pancit chicharon and I'm the one who taste
2022 the product if it is up to the standard. And I checked the packaging to
ensure that the product are properly sealed to prolong the lifespan of
the product.
MAY 3, 2022 I've packed 70 pieces of Pancit chicharon and I'm the one who taste
the product if it is up to the standard. And I checked the packaging to
ensure that the product are properly sealed to prolong the lifespan of
the product.
MAY 15, 2022 I've packed 41 pieces of Pancit chicharon and I'm the one who taste
the product if it is up to the standard. And I checked the packaging to
ensure that the product are properly sealed to prolong the lifespan of
the product.
MAY 22, 2022 I've packed 34 pieces of Pancit chicharon and I'm the one who taste
the product if it is up to the standard. And I checked the packaging to
ensure that the product are properly sealed to prolong the lifespan of
the product.
