This agreement must be signed and returned when confirming the booking.
1. A booking fee of the agreed first month rental (deposit) must be paid
2. The booking fee will be included in the total first payment which includes
deposit, the tenant has to pay the remaining amount to the sub-lessor after the tenancy
agreement has been signed.
3. In the event of a tenant abandoning the reservation for any reason, the booking
fee will be forfeited and no refund will be made. It will only be refunded if the sub-
lessor has decided to cancel the deal.
4. The tenant has to move in the relevant month according to the arrival date, any
postponement to move in in a later month will result in the booking fee being forfeited.
5. Tenants have to pay RM150 in order to get the access card from the owner.
Rm130 will be giving back to you once you have opted out of the contract. (It’s RM150
because the penalty of Rm100 will be given to the owner if they lose the card)
6. The payment has to be done as soon as possible when you receive this booking
form from the owner. The payment of booking fee shall be made via bank transfer to
the account number below:
7. Always send the receipt of the transaction (rental fees) to the owner every month.
8. For the total payment of your first month of the contract, it will always be the
rental fee for a month + the deposit of a month + the RM150 deposit of the access card
if you are new.
9. If the tenants would like to opt out of the contract, you have to inform the owner
two months in advance if not the deposit will not be paid back to you.
