Booking Payment
1. Prospectful tenant are require to make several payment as listed below before the e-tenancy
agreement initiated by Roomnow via Spaceplus : 
2. This pre-t&c is the evidence required for Roomnow to confirm booking from the prospect after the
advance payment is made.
3. The payment made to Roomnow will be based from the tenant registration of the room before move
in.
4. Once booking payment made for the room rental you are officially the tenant and ready to be part of
the roomnow coliving community.
5. Tenant are required to create an account for registration with the spaceplus application.
8. Full payment are required to be made 7 days before move-in date.
Booking Cancellation
1. Prospectful Tenant that booked with Roomnow after 7 days from the booking date will not be
entitled for refund.
2. Prospectful Tenant that booked with Roomnow after the e-tenancy agreement were created will not
be entitled for refund.
3. Cancellation and refund form need to filled up within 7 days once payment is made to be entitled for
total refund.
4. Refund will be done within 7 working days.
E-Tenancy Agreement with Spaceplus Tenancy Management Service Application
1. Tenant will have an account created using the Spaceplus Application.
2. Tenant are required to purchase an insurance provided in the spaceplus application to complete the
zero deposit scheme.
3. The insurance policy is to protect the owner's unit from any loss during the tenancy.
4. Insurance payment will be done by RoomNow staff on behalf of tenant
SMART Move-in
1. Tenant can move-in on the date after the e-tenancy agreement created or upon the e-tenancy
agreement creation.
2. Tenant are required to do own move in with supervision of RoomNow Team
3. All equipment, furniture and essential item listed in the checklist will be perform by roomnow after
your move-in.
4. Preparation will be made early so you can enjoy your co-living rental with no worry and hassle free.
