Dear Ms;

I am writing to formally request the rental of an HP DeskJet Advantage 2337 All-in-One Printer
for use within the premises of Brgy 2, Tuburan, Cebu As a tenant of your property, I believe that having
access to a printer on-site would greatly benefit my productivity and convenience.
I propose the following terms for the rental agreement:
1. Duration: The rental agreement shall commence on March 10, 2024 and terminate on June 10, 2024.
2. Rental Fee: The monthly rental fee for the HP DeskJet Advantage 2337 All-in-One Printer shall be
500.00 payable in advance on the 10th day of each month.
3. Maintenance: I agree to maintain the printer in good working condition during the rental period. Any
damages caused by negligence or misuse shall be my responsibility to repair or replace at my own
expense.
4. Use: The printer shall be used solely for personal and business purposes related to my tenancy. I shall
not use the printer for any illegal or unethical activities.
5. Return of Printer: Upon the termination of the rental agreement, I shall return the printer to you in
the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted.
