MARTYRS DAY

Very warm good morning to one and all present over here. Today, I Piyush Bharti of class XI
Science is going to deliver a speech on Martyrs Day

As we stand together on this significant day, we pay homage to the heroes of our nation on
Martyrs' Day. It is observed on January 30th every year, marking the death anniversary of
Mahatma Gandhi, the Father of our Nation. This day serves as a reminder of the values he
stood for - peace, non-violence, and unity.

Mahatma Gandhi's life was a testament to these principles. His teachings continue to guide
us and inspire millions around the world. Just as Gandhiji dedicated his life to peace and
freedom, our soldiers dedicate their lives to protect our nation and uphold our liberty. Their
bravery, selflessness, and dedication are the pillars of our freedom.

The brave hearts, from diverse backgrounds, share a common love for our country. They stand
for unity, integrity, and freedom - principles that define us as a nation. These are the ideals
our martyrs believed in, and for which they dedicated their lives.

In the spirit of Martyrs' Day, let us also remember to cherish and protect the freedom that we
enjoy today. Freedom is not just a right, but also a responsibility. It is inclined upon us to
guarantee that the sacrifices made by our martyrs do not perish in vain.

In conclusion, let's not only honor our martyrs by living the values they stood for, but let's also
translate their dedication into meaningful action. Let their sacrifice serve as a constant
reminder of the immense value of our freedom and inspire us to actively contribute to the
betterment of our nation. Together, let's channel their spirit and strive to build a nation that
is truly worthy of their unwavering dedication.

Thank you.
