工作內容:

.透過文字(Email&Live chat)回覆日本消費者問題。
.確保客服功能正常運作並持續提升服務品質。

職務要求:
.日文精通,讀寫具備與消費者溝通之能力。
.英文中等。
.需配合輪班(目前為白天班,依班表有機會於假日、國定假日出勤),國定假日出勤薪資依
勞基法計算。
.具備一定抗壓能力、良好情緒管理能力尤佳。
.具備基本電腦操作能力。

月薪:
.新台幣40,000起

其他工作事項說明:
.為保障客戶與使用者隱私及資料安全,無法於工作空間使用手機等電子產品(辦公室其他
區域可使用)。
.歡迎新鮮人加入,報到後公司將提供4-6週完整產品知識及相關訓練課程(中&英&日文
授課、期間支付全薪)。
.實際負責客戶將於錄取後安排(客戶皆為美加外商公司,非博弈產業)。

Job Description:
. Respond to Japanese consumer questions via text (Email & Live chat).
. Ensure the customer service function is functioning properly and continue to improve
the quality of service.

Job Requirements:
. Good command of Japanese, reading and writing skills to communicate with
consumers.
. English requirement is intermediate.
. Work shifts (currently daytime shifts, with the possibility to work on holiday and
national holidays according to the shift schedule), with pay for national holidays
calculated in accordance with the Labor Standards Act.
.Stress management skills and good emotional management skills are a plus.
. Basic computer skills.

Monthly salary:
. Starting from NT$40,000

. In order to protect the privacy and data security of customers and users, cell phones
and other electronic products cannot be used in the workspace (they can be used in
other areas of the office).
. Freshmen are welcome to join us. After reporting to work, the company will provide
4-6 weeks of complete product knowledge and related training courses (in Chinese,
English and Japanese, with full pay during the period).
. The actual responsible customers will be arranged after acceptance (Client is a U.S.
and Canadian foreign company, e-commerce industry).
