INTRODUCTION
WHAT IS A NOTICE?
A notice is a formal document that aims to
communicate or display information to the
public or a specific group of people.
Usually, notices are often displayed in
public places, educational institutions,
government offices or even in newspapers.
However, advancements in modern technology
have enabled notices to move from notice
boards to digital platforms such as
websites, texts and emails.
