renewable energy by using solar energy where the solar
panels are located on the roof of the restaurant to
maximize the utilization of unused surface, and use
infinite resource , in addition to that the packaging
materials will be recycled,the usage of environmentally
friendly materials will play important role in attracting
a great segment of clients that research for healthy
food that did not cause obesity or have a negative
impact on healthy especially ,as the restaurant will
present meals that could be used to diets plans , but in
the same time the restaurant will try to make its meals
tastes well using natural spices , and will provide a
great variety of items them all factors will attract
people from different segment that will present a great
demand on the restaurant products , and the
restaurant will utilize these demand to make
economies of scale in purchasing by purchasing a large
quantities of items, in the marketing the company will
make offers that it give free gifts with meals , and free
meals to the poor people for every sale with certain
amount as grants that represents the social
responsibility of the restaurant , in the same way to
attract a great market share their will be contractual
agreements with factories to provide meals to workers
that will provide a stable demand, that will make the
restaurant have stable income to cover the fixed costs
to expand and grow in the business , even the
marketing brochures will be environmentally friendly
paper , that also will be distributed by students that
worked to make income that assistant them to pay
their university fees that social responsivity role of the
restaurant will support the image of product’s in the
market, that this restaurant is environmental friendly,
and perform social role in addition to that the institute
will utilize these roles to attract a greater market share
as many consumers are searching to support the
environment and the society Institutes , specially if
this role is marked well and special emphasis on the
role presented is marketed well
Besides that, the restaurants should provide standard
products in a standard package that can be refilled
when used by the clients like breakfast that are
delivered to employees in a package that when used is
given to the delivery man next to take the new
breakfast and in the same time should use an electric
motor, electric cars, bicycles to provide an image to the
public that the restaurant is a friendly environment and
try to reduce the pollution by not using polluting
materials, in addition to that to motivate clients to
involve in this program they will be a loyal card, that
record purchase and provide loyally points as purchases
increase these points will exchange for free meals or
can exchange for donations to charitable institutes that
will represent part of the sociable role of the
restaurants, in addition to that card idea will create
loyal client that provide stable demand on the
restaurant products increasing profitability, in addition,
reducing cost as it allows the restaurant to operate in
higher economies of scale in terms of
purchases ,human resources utilization , machines
operation, marketing specially that the restaurant will
use penetration pricing in the beginning to gain market
share and as the restaurant get more loyal customers
the restaurant will rise price gradually to increase
profitability .
