Teachers Engage in Action Research Proposals to Improve Students Outcomes

District Research Technical Assistance Activity on February 23- March 02, 2024 at District Conference Hall

DepEd Order N0.16. series. 2017 otherwise known as the “ Research


Management Guidelines, Division of Agusan del Sur through Research and
Planning unit invites personnel from the schools, districts, and division
functional units to submit research study proposals for possible funding under
Basic Education Research Fund (BERF) and Special Education Fund (SEF) for
CY 2024.

Aldory Onarse Gevero principal III said, RESEARCH IS OUR LIFE! He


posted the following Researchers who took the challenge and will undergo
the District Research Technical Assistance Activity on February 23 & March 02,
2024 at 8:00 AM in the District Conference Hall.

This action research proposals are open to all Principals, Head Teachers,
Teacher In Charge, Master Teachers, Teachers I to III, Administrative Officers,
Administrative Assistants, and other Non Teaching Personnel.

It seeks to explore the transformative potential of student-led initiatives


in enhancing school climate and academic performance.

The Principal of Angas Integrated School said, “Action research can


have our students and even our teachers in improving the practices usually in
the new implementation that needs of action research in terms of findings,
analysis and recommendations of the implementation so that continuously
improve even our educational practices.”

He added, ‘’Empowering educators as agents of change, a new wall of


transformation is sweeping through classrooms as teachers embrace action
research to elevate students outcomes”.
