JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF ARREST

We, the UNDERSIGNED Police Officers, both members of the

Philippine National Police, presently assigned at the Aguinaldo City Police
Station,Camp General Mariano Castañeda, Silang Cavite, do hereby depose and
state THAT:
01. We are among the members of the Aguinaldo City Police
Station who conducted entrapment operations at Barbershop located
at the back of PNPA.

02. Said operation stemmed from the complaint of Juan Santos, 25

years old, single, Filipino, call center agent of Barangay Tartaria, Silang,
Cavite for violation of RA 9165 section 5 and section 11
which was referred to our office by the c o m p l a i n a n t against
C e s a r C a g u n g u n , 2 6 y e a r s o l d , s i n g l e , F i l i p i n o and
residing at Barangay San Luis, Silang, Cavite; and Kifi Kufufey, 2 6
y e a r s o l d , s i n g l e , F i l i p i n o and residing at Barangay Tartaria,
Silang, Cavite.

03. On the complaint dated March 19, 2024 , an information has

been reported to the Police Station by the informant, Juan
Santos,through walk-in as he appeared and stated two persons
transacting suspicious business.

04. Upon receipt of their said complaint, our office planned out
an entrapment operation against the suspect. At about 12:30AM
of Marchy 19, 2024 , the undersigned together with the complainant
proceeded at the pre- arranged pay off amounting to Php 5,000.00 with
located along Barbershop, PNPA to give the money being asked by the
respondent;

05. Upon arrival thereat, complainants waited for the suspect to

arrive while we the undersigned seated near the table of the
complainants. At about 12:32 AM of March 19, 2024 suspect arrived and
approached the complainants and after few conversation,complainants

 handed over the marked money to the suspect that minutes of prompted
the undersigned to immediately effect arrest;

06. Seized and recovered in the possession and control of the

arrested person were the following, to wit:

a.) Marked Money, five (5) pieces of Php1,000 bills with

serial numbers: RX587265-ACPS-BBM, LW314855-ACPS-
BBM, FU687871-ACPS-BBM, PR631470-ACPS-BBM, and
HQ551925-ACPS-BBM.
b.) One (1) piece small heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet with
marking DFB-1-03-18-2024.

c.) T w o ( 2 ) R E D M I c e l l u l a r p h o n e s DFB-2-03-
1 8 - 2 0 2 4 and D F B - 3 - 0 3 - 1 8 - 2 0 2 .

d . ) Three (3) personal cards namely: (1) land bank Visa card
with marking D F B - 4 - 0 3 - 1 8 - 2 0 2 4 . One (1) Philippine
National ID with marking D F B - 6 - 0 3 - 1 8 - 2 0 2 4 . One (1)
Robinsons card One (1) piece weighing scale with markings
DFB-5-03-18-2024.

e.) One (1) black wallet with markings DFB-8-03-19-2024.

07. Suspects together with the seized and recovered p i e c e s o f

evidence was brought to Aguinaldo City Police Station for booking and
proper disposition. Likewise, the arrested person was apprised of their
rights as provided for under the Constitution of the Philippines.

08. The report of the PNP Crime Laboratory Group Physical

Identification Report No. DFB-1-03-18-2024 dated March 19,2024
revealed that suspect was Methamphetamine Hydrochloride POSITIVE for
the presence of Bright Yellow Ultraviolet Fluorescent powder on both
palm and right dorsal portion of the hands.

We executed this joint affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing facts
and to support the filing of Criminal Cases against C e s a r
C a g u n g u n and Kifi Kufufey for violations of of RA 9165 section 5 and section
11.
