INTRODUCTION

During the development of this work we will investigate the personal lives of the participants, looking
for what their most important experiences have been in the last five years of their personal and
professional lives, we will be able to generate a space for clear and honest conversation about how the
things in this period of time. trying to give clarity about how we feel about personal and professional
developments.
Join us on a journey of discovery as we navigate the simplicity of this interview, seeking to uncover
the essence of the experiences that have brought us to this point in our lives.

DEVELOPMENT

FIRST PART

EDUARDO JORQUERA

The last five years of my life have been the most prosperous and calm, I graduated with my second
degree and found an excellent job that allowed me to give my wife the opportunity to stay at home to
take care of my two children, Martin and Amanda who was born exactly 5 years ago. This allows us to
be calm today and have a good economic life, we have traveled a lot and we give ourselves comforts
that we could not before. For example, we went on vacation to a very beautiful city like La Serena, we
spent a full week getting to know the different tourist and gastronomic spots in the area, on that trip I
was able to see some of the most diverse natural sanctuaries in the world such as Punta de Choro and
its islands that are made up of Damas and Choros, where the Humboldt Current congregates and
attracts a wide variety of marine and terrestrial species.
I also had the chance to get on a plane on another trip and fulfill one of my greatest childhood dreams,
which was to visit the Humberston nitrate office in Iquique. It was a very planned trip and it was
beautiful.
But without a doubt the most important thing in recent times was, as I mentioned before, the birth of
my daughter, Amanda, who came to revolutionize our world, which was already a little calmer after
the birth of Martín, who was three at the time. years. Today they are great travel companions for me
and my wife, we are accomplices in adventures and we travel every time we can with our luggage in
the towing cart that we prepare ourselves, we have fun and enjoy life. It has been a difficult path
since, due to studies and work, I practically missed my son's first three years, but today I try to
compensate for the lost time with quality time.

VICTOR HENRIQUEZ :

In these last 5 years of my life, many things have happened in the family sphere, such as work, family,
with my partner and son, we became independent and the three of us went to live alone since before
this we lived with my mother-in-law in her home, nothing that To say about them, they were very
hospitable and supportive of us, my son became their gift since he is their only grandson, well I will
always thank them for all the support,
well as I mentioned we went to live alone which gave us the opportunity of acquiring our things, today
with all the effort to then obtain the dream of owning one's own home, although today due to the
economic situations at a local and global level this goal becomes more complex, but well we will have
to wait a little longer , now in the workplace I began to practice my last career that I studied and I am
very passionate about the mechanics of heavy machinery, I began to carry out my professional
practice in a large company in the heavy service sector,
in which I was trained in many areas of the sector, as well as technical training in which I obtained my
respective technical certifications at the factory level, this helped me to be highly valued in the world
of heavy duty, which is why I received many job offers and one of them was super economically
attractive and I am currently This is EPSA, a company that provides services to mining, in which I feel
very comfortable working.

EDUARDO JORQUERA

Víctor Henríquez: Hello Eduardo, how are you, the first question is: How do you think your
development has been in the workplace in the last five years?

Eduardo Jorquera: Hello Víctor, I am very well, thank God. According to the question, I think that my
professional development has had a significant increase in the last five years, since it coincides with
the end of my career as a mechanic, so I joined a company. as a student in practice and at the end of
this I was hired as an assistant in a super good area to develop professionally.

Víctor Henríquez: did you manage to advance in this position?

Eduardo Jorquera: of course, after two years as an assistant I was already working as a mechanic
repairing more complex components. This allowed me to increase my income and grow in the
company.

Víctor Henríquez: How do you see yourself five more years from now?

Eduardo Jorquera: The truth is I don't really like speculation, that's why today I continue studying, this
time online to be able to better complement family and work. I hope to be able to finish my
engineering degree and be able to continue growing in this company or seek new horizons that allow
me to continue in the constant search to reach my maximum potential.

Eduardo Jorquera: Hello Víctor, how are you, the first question is: How do you think your development
has been in the workplace in the last five years?

Víctor Henríquez: Hello Eduardo Mira, I am very proud of my achievements and grateful to the family
for the support that I always receive from them. I have learned a lot in recent years, especially the
growth opportunities that my previous company (SALFA) gave me.which I trained and this allowed me
to obtain various technical certifications at the factory level, which gives me the opportunity to be
attractive to companies in the field of heavy machinery mechanics.

Eduardo Jorquera: did you manage to advance in this position?

Víctor Henríquez: Of course, I earned the trust of my superiors, which allowed me to advance more
quickly than the average technician, and I was entrusted with many projects with very important
clients for the company.

Eduardo Jorquera: How do you see yourself five more years from now?

Víctor Henríquez: Well, I hope to be a couple more years in the current company that I find myself in
today, but I think that my future in the medium or long term is outside of Santiago, specifically in the
south of the country since it is a place that fascinates me. And it is where I hope to live in the future
and continue practicing my profession in those lands.

Conclusion

As the report was developed, we were able to enter into the personal lives of the members, trying to
decipher their emotions with simple but direct questions regarding their personal and professional
