MINUTES OF THE VIRTUAL MEETING

November 16, 2020

Minutes:

1. Admit incoming participants thru google meet platform virtual meeting/orientation.

2. Roll call. Meeting started at 10:00 o’clock in the morning.

 Checking the attendance of parents by the respective advisers.

3. Agenda

A. Distribution and Retrieval of modules

First Grading – All modules are retrieved.
Second Grading – The distribution of modules was done on November 7-8, 2020. There is also ESC Form and ID’s
attached in the envelope.

B. Grading System
- Inform the parents about the new grading system in the New Normal.

C. Requirements
- Remind the parents who did not pass yet the following documents:
o Birth Certificate
o Form 137
o Form 138
o ESC Contract
o ID’s

4. Adjournment. Having no other matters to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 11:00 AM.
