For Subway, the comparison between Domino’s and Subway at peak hour is on lunch and

dinner time especially on dinner after 7pm. This is because at that time many family come

to the Subway and most of them order family dine in on the menu. The process of the

operation at Subway is different than operation at Domino’s which is the process that they

serve, made and preparation of each food on the menu. Firstly, when the customer orders

he/she will choose any breads on the menu. Second, the customer chooses the filling that

he/she likes or wants on the menu but the filling only for one scoop and put it in the oven

for 1 minute. Then, the customer makes choice for vegetables but it’s up to the customer

what vegetables he/she wants. After that, the customer chooses the sauce that he/she

wants. Lastly the food is ready to serve and the customer pays at the cashier. This is only

takes 3 minutes to make the order. Besides, the most popular menus are Chicken Slice and

Chicken Teriyaki because most of the customers really love them. Furthermore, the

problems that Subway faces which is the supplier sometimes delay the supply for a few

hours. Other than that, sometimes the stock that arrived is not enough so they will change

at the next delivery.
