GUARDIANS HISTORY (CONT’d)

1. Pur to Sec 3, Art VIII, GBI New By-Laws with SEC

Registration No. 123899 dated December 10, 1984, The GUARDIANS
history is hereby adopted.

Feb 21-22’14- The Sinukuan GBI R3 hosted the NPB meeting and Luzon
Founders Summit Convened at MICS Paradise Resort,
Brgy Bitas, Arayat, Pampanga attended by GBI Execom
of National Policy Board members from Luzon, Visayas,
and Mindanao and the GHOD/NT represented by Raul “MF
LAGALAG” Ramos, APM, GHOD/NT. In this occasion
promotion of Atty. Gregorio “NF GOYONG” Duremdes to
MF was approved thru NC Resolution #14-06 and further
designated him DPM, GHOD/NT and MF for Mindanao.
Afterwhich the traditional investiture ceremony was
conducted and officiated by MF Lagalag and witnessed
by Ret BG Jose “NF GM” Gamos, Chief of staff GBI. On
this activity, memorable happenings will never be
forgotten when the PNP Scout/SWAT, R3 raided the said
resort which caused the commotion and panic among GBI
members. It was a mistake and false alarm that
reached to the authority that there was an info of
dealing of fire arms at the said establishment and
the word Dapaaa… shouted by the raiding team
started.

May 24-25’14- ORAGON GBI R5 (Bicol) hosted the MPB meeting and
first ORAGON R5 Founders Summit held at Laguerta,
Brgy San Benito, Buhi, Camarines Sur. The activity
was hosted by Sinarapan Chapter Pres. Jerry “FRMG
WIPER” Magalona and Ariel “NF JUMONG” Chozas, GBI R5,
RF under the overall supervision of Raul “MF LAGALAG”
Ramos, APM, GHOD/NT and MF for Luzon. Said activity
was attended by GBI representatives from Mindanao,
Visayas, Luzon and NCR.
October 15’15- The 5th GBI National Convention was held at Star
Lake Resort, San Pablo City, Laguna, hosted by GBI
Banahaw, R4-A, in this occasion Adronico “NF
BRAVO” Balais elected as the new GBI National
President vice Atty. Joel “NF MUMBAKI” Obar and
Manuel “NF MUSANG” Biag as the new GBI Vice President
for Luzon.

Dec 13,’15- Clodualdo “MF HAZE” Dedicatoria was expelled from the
GBI for guilty of the charges of culpable violation
of the CBL and met him the ultimate penalty of
expulsion from the GBI organization. This was the
result of high level conference at Hotel Rembrant,
TMorato Avenue, Quezon City by the national congress.
Present during the trial are: Ret P/LG Quirino “NF
TORCH” Dela Tore, GBI NP; Ret BG Jose “NF GM” Gamoz,
GBI C/S; Nollie “NF Carjon” Naval, GBI FL; Alan “Nf
Bong” Gonzales, GBI NBP for Mindanao; Guilbert “NF
GBL” Luciano; Restito “NF RST” Cunanan; Hilda “NF
DAHIL” Payapaya; Adronico “NF BARVO” Balais, NP GBI;
Atty. Joel “NF MUMBAKI” Obar and Raul “MF LAGALAG”
Ramos, APM, GHOD/MT and MF for Luzon.

April 13,’19- 6th GBI National convention was held at Abuyog, Leyte
wherein Adronico “MF BRAVO” Balais, re-elected as GBI
NP and Manuel “NF MUSANG” Biag as GBI NVP for Luzon.

Sept 19,’19- GBI NPB meeting held at San Fransisco, Aguzan Del Sur
hosted by the GBI CARAGA under Fransisco “NF
FRANKKEY” Caliguid, RF GBI CARAGA.

Dec 13-14,’19- The MPB meeting was held at AL’s Resort, Brgy San
Jose, Magalang, Pampanga which coincide to the
celebration of 35th GBI anniversary and Christmas
party. In this occasion, Jun “NF IVAN” Juntillia was
promoted to MF with the recommendation of Raul “MF
LAGALAG” Ramos before the NPB members purposedly to
replace Rene “MF DAPAY” De Asis in the position of
PM, GHOD/NT since MF LAGALAG declined to accept the
position of Prime Minister for the 4th times and want
to retain his position as a PM, GHOD/NT & MF for
Luzon. MF DAPAY was expelled from the GBI
organization for culpable violation of the GBI CBL.

Furthermore, Iniego “FDR JING 2” Drio was

promoted to NF with the recommendation of MF LAGALAG
before the MPB members and designated him as National
 Protocol Officer to fill-up the vacant position and
further appointed him as member of the NPB.
Jan 23,’22- Oath taking and recognition of newly installed
officers of GBI Sta Lucia Chapter, Magalang,
Pampanga. Said activity was held at the new GBI
National Headquarters given/donated by the LGU
Magalang and was properly documented thru the efforts
of Gregorio “NF TARUM” Esperanzate, GBI National
Secretary General and memebers of GBI Pampanga.

Aug 19-20,’22- 7th GBI National convention was held at Inland Resort,
Cabadbaran City, Aguzan Del Norte. Said occasion was
attended by the GBI National Officers from Luzon,
Visayas, and Mindanao and the general membership
which also coincide with the NPB meeting.

Nov 22-27,’22- Members of GBI Luzon with the the stewardship of GBI
NP, Adronico “NF BRAVO” Balais conducted GBI Chapter
visitation in R4-A and R5. Along with the team Ric
“FDR MANOY” Moralez, RP BANAHAW GBI R4-A, Marvin “NF
JIRO” Salazar, GBI Luzon Chief of Staff; Iniego “NF
JING 2” Drio, GBI National Treasurer; Greg “NF TARUM”
Esperanzate, GBI Sec Gen; Manuel “NF MUSANG” Biag,
GBI NVP for Luzon and Raul “MF LAGALAG” Ramos, APM,
GHOD/NT & MF for Luzon.

Dec 3,’22- The GBI R3 hosted the 38th GBI Anniversary celebration
and NPB meeting held at Al’s resort, Magalang,
Pampanga wherein 3 members of NPB Mindanao (NG DAX,
NF LARRY, and NF BONG) and 5 NPB members from Luzon
(NF MUSANG, NF TARUM, NF JING 2, NF JIRO and FDR
MANOY) attended the said activity.
Further, DS’76 #3 Arthur “UPMF Percival”
Camins, DS’76 Titular Head and UGB Director joined
the 38th GBI anniversary with his Madonna UPMF Star
and PCGS “Panther” Zamora. UPMF Percival was
personally invited by MF LAGALAG to grace the 38th
anniversary celebration of the GBI.
MF LAGALAG made a proposal of one rank higher of
GMF to members of GHOD/NT and MF to the GBI NP and 3
territorial vice president and selected members of
the NPB to level up the rank in other guardians
branches. Said proposal was considered by NF BRAVO,
GBI NP.
Dec 21,’22- DS’76 #3 Arthur “UPMF Percival” Camins promoted MF
LAGALAG to GMF being a former member of original
DSCB’83 and GBI’85 just to level up his rank with his
former brothers in DSCB. The latter was the first GMF
of the GBI and the second MF promoted to GBI next to
ex-MF Haze in 2010.

March 20,’23- The two (2) GBI National leaders have a friendly
meeting arranged by Raul “GMF LAGALAG” Ramos, The GBI
APM, GHOD/NT & GMF for Luzon at Bario Fiesta, Ali
Mall, Cubao, Quezon City to discuss the GBI issue on
the rightful ownership of the GBI with SEC Nr 123899
dated December 10, 1984 of which both are using the
same SEC number. Elpidio “UPMF Carlomagno” Seletaria
Jr, DSCB (Dirty Dozen) #13 is the International
Chairman of TGBI-TO while Adronico “NF BRAVO” Balais
is The GBI National President. Arthur “UPMF Percival”
Camins, DS’76 #3 Titular Head and the UGB Director
witnessed the friendly meeting of the two GBI
National figure and vowed each other of status quo
which means the continuation of activity of two
organization until further advised by the court. This
activity will form part and parcel of the history of
TGBI-TO and The GBI. Also in the meeting are Raul
“GMF Lagalag” Ramos; Manuel “MF MUSANG” Biag, The GBI
NVP for Luzon and Iniego “NF JING 2” Drio, The GBI
National Treasurer.

Apr 15-16,’23- Mindanao Founders Summit and NPB meeting was held at
conference hall Lions Club building, Ecoland, Matina,
Davao City, hosted by Alan “NF BONG” Gonzalez, NVP
for Mindanao. In this occasion, the proposal of GMF
Lagalag of additional one rank higher was unanimously
approved by the NPB members.

Apr 15,’23- GMF Lagalag attended the GUARDIANS DAY hosted by the
UGB at Ynarez Sports Complex, SHAW Blvd, Pasig City,
along with him are GBI Region 3 headed by Louie “RMG
Jaguar” Calma, GBI R3 RP and RIC “FDR MANOY”
Moralez, GBI R4-A RP.

Apr 23,’23- GMF Lagalag and Adronico “MF BRAVO” Balais was
invited as guest during the 12th founding anniversary
held at Missing Paradise Resort, Brgy Cayucyucan,
Basud, Camarines Norte owned and managed by Ronald
“NF NALD” Abanto, the RF, R5 of TGBI-TO. In this
occasion, MF BRAVO announced and declared the opening
salvo of the merger of the two GBI organization, The
GBI under his leadership and the TGBI-TO under the
 chairmanship of Elpidio “UPMF Carlomagno” Seletaria
Jr. The merger of 2 GUARDIANS organization will
strengthen and for the betterment of governance among
brothers. This will form part of the history of the
GUARDIANS that the 2 GUARDIANS organization have
merged for the spirit of genuine unification of the
GUARDIANS. This was happened during the 12th founding
anniversary of the TGBI-TO held at the Missing
Paradise Resort, Brgy Cayucyucan, Basud, Camarines
Norte.

June 4,’23- The GBI Payatas Chapter, Brgy Payatas, Quezon City
was formally organized and activated as one of
legitimate chapter of The GBI. Said activity was thru
the initiative and efforts by GMF LAGALAG. Said
chapter is under the leadership of Charmie “FDR
Charms” Fontiveros, Chapter President and Fernando
“FDR ACE” Ponzal, Chapter Founder. Among the GBI
National Officers who witnessed the creation of the
GBI Payatas Chapter are: Raul “GMF LAGALAG” Ramos,
who conducted the orientation, indoctrination, and
lecture before the members of Payatas Chapter; Manuel
“MF MUSANG” Biag The GBI NVP for Luzon; Greg “MF
TARUM” Esperanzate, The GBI National Sec Gen; Iniego
“NF JING 2” Drio, The GBI National Treasurer; Marvin
“NF JIRO” Salazar, The GBI Luzon Chief of Staff; Ric
“FDR MANOY” Moralez, from The GBI Banahaw Region 4-A
and Adronico “MF BRAVO” who came late but delivered
his short message.

June 11,’23- Raul “SGMF Lagalag” Ramos invited and attended the
UGB APEX Regional Consultative Assembly, Region 5
held at Municipal Covered Court, San Fernando,
Camarines Sur hosted by Bicol GUARDIANS Brotherhood
Squadron Inc. (BGSBI) headed by PCGS Ben Andelis. In
this occasion, SGMF Lagalag unaninmously elected as
RCC Coordinator, Region 5 of UGB APEX RCC afterwhich
oath taking was conducted and officiated by Lebvic
“DBFMG SARAI” Jangao Tan daughter of BFG and Mother
of all GUARDIANS the late Liborio “BFG Abraham”
Jangao Jr. The said activity was also attended by
Arthur “UPMF Percival” Camins, UGB Director who
endorsed SGMF Lagalag to become RCC Coordinator R5.

Jul 15-16,’23- Raul “SGMF LAGALAG” Ramos reprensent the UGB APEX RCC
R5 being the Regional Coordinator held at Aguho
Forest Resort, Gubat, Sorsogon and also invited to
grace and witnessed the 9th Founding Anniversary of
RGIA (Reformist GUARDIANS International Alakdan)
Sorsogon.
Jul 21;23,’23- The GBI 2023 National Assembly held at Alta Cebu
Village Garden Resort, Brgy Pilipig, Cordova Mactan
Island, Cebu hosted by The GBI Visayas under the GBI
R7 RF, NF BOB Malasarte. Agenda: review and
scrutinized and evaluate those items for amendment
and The GBI CBL. Host in this occasion is the R7
under the Regional Founder Hubert Bob NF ABS
Malazarte. In this occasion, Cong. Emmarie Dolores
RMG Lollipop O. Dizon representing Lone District of
Mandaue City, Cebu awarded the Certificate of
Honorary Membership with The GBI.
Likewise, promotion of deserving members are
promoted to the next titular rank from FDR to NF; NF
to MF; MF to GMF and GMF to SGMF as approved by the
NPB and the Promotion Board.

July 29,’23- Recognition of newly installed The GBI Iriga City

(LAGALAG) Chapter, Brgy San Agustin, Iriga City,
Camarines Sur, with the initiative and organized by
SGMF Lagalag with the endorsement of Rene “AGMF
JOSHUA” Daquenia, FGBI Founding Chairman. Among The
GBI National Officers who witnessed and graced the
occasion are GMF BRAVO, NP The GBI; MF MUSANG, NVP
for Luzon; MF JING 2 National Treasurer; MF TARUM Sec
Gen. Said recognition of The GBI Iriga City is thru
the effort of SGMF Lagalag.

Sept 30,’23- Recognition day of 3 Newly Lagalag Chapters of The

GBI namely: The GBI Baao, The GBI Bula, and The GBI
Bato all of Camarines Sur held at the residence of
Stephen “FDR StePhen” Abrera at Brgy Agdangan, Baao,
Camarines Sur. National Officers who witnessed and
graced this occasion are: GBI NP GMF Bravo, GBI NVP
for Luzon MF MUSANG; GBI SG MF TARUM and GBI NT MF
JING 2. Special guest during the activity is UPMF
Percival as invited by FDR StPhen who is the host of
the activity. During the occasion, special Awards of
Certificate of Appreciation were awarded to selected
members including SGMF Lagalag.

Nov 27,’23- The advanced 39th anniversary of The GBI was conducted
at Tres Marias Resort, Brgy Cutud, Angeles City,
Pampanga and coincide with the 18th anniversary of The
GBI R3 Sinukuan and Christmas party of the general
 membership of The GBI. Highlight during the activity
is the raffle of tickets with prizes and the birthday
celebration of The GBI NVP for Luzon, Manuel “MF
MUSANG” Biag. Among National Figures who attended the
said activity were: SGMF Lagalag, GMF Bravo, MF Jing
2, MF Tarum, and representatives from Daet Lagalag
Central Chapter headed by Danilo “NF DBBON” Bonsay;
Payatas Chapter under Fernando “FDR ACE” Ponzal;
Iriga City Chapter led by Vilma “FDR WINE” Dimaiwat
with Gilbert “FDR BLACK MAMBA” Canuto R5 RP, Engr.
Gloria “NF JING 1” Reytana Iriga City Chapter Founder
and The GBI R4-A headed by Ric “FDR MANOY” Morales,
Interim RP, GBI R4-A.

Dec 9-10’23- The 1st GBI Mindanao Congress held at Mount Bagarabon
Resort, Mabua, Surigao City, Surigao Del Norte,
CARAGA Region XIII. Host during the activity is The
GBI Provincial Chapter of Surigao Del Norte under the
leadership of Roberto “NF DONG’ Ugay, Provincial
Founder and his Execom & legislative counsel officers
and members. It is also coincide with the 39th
Anniversary Celebration of The GBI.
