RESOLUTION NO. O4-2023

SERIES OF 2023

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SK ANNUAL APRROPRIATION FOR THE

FISCAL YEAR 2024,
UTILIZING AVAILABLE RESOURCES TO THE AMOUNT OF SIX-HUNDRED
FIFTY THOUSAND ONE- HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (PHP 650,100.00).

WHEREAS, the Republic Act 10742, or the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Reform
Act of
2015, under chapter II Sec. 8 (b) states that “Approve the annual budget which is the annual slice
of the Annual Barangay Youth Investment Program before the start of the succeeding fiscal year,
and, if the Sangguniang Kabataan allow, a supplemental budget.”

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Pilipog, Cordova, Cebu

approved
the proposed Annual Barangay Youth Investment Plan for Calendar Year 2024;
 WHEREAS, this body adheres to the provisions and requirements stated in the
Republic Act 10742, DBM-DILG-NYC Joint Memorandum Circular No. 1, s. 2018, and all other
pertinent laws and regulations;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Joncarl B. Baguio and duly seconded by

all the
Sangguniang members present be it;

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to APPROVE THE SK ANNUAL

APPROPRIATION FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2024, UTILIZING AVAILABLE RESOURCES
TO THE AMOUNT OF SIX- HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND ONE- HUNDRED PESOS
ONLY (PHP 650, 000, 00).

RESOLVED FURTHER, to submit copy furnish of this Resolution to the Office of

the Punong Barangay, Department of Interior and Local Government Office (DILGO) of the
Municipality of Cordova, Cebu, Municipal Budget Officer of the Municipality of Cordova,
Office of the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Federation, and to any other concerned agency for
their perusal and documentation.
