UNDERTAKING

I, Mr./Ms. Bilal Ilyas _Son of Muhammad Ilyas_, resident of P-73,Lasani Garden

(Masjid-e-Ismaeel Road) Daewoo Road,Faisalabad and presently working as System Engineer
Infrastructure department at Faisalabad in Multilynx Office Address.

I, hereby undertake to comply with the following terms and conditions during my employment
with Multilynx:

(i) As per company (Multilynx) rules and regulation that any commitment and
obligations towards financial institution i.e. taking personal Loans, Debit/ Credit
Cards, lease in my personal name or in my family names will be completely and
wholly solely my responsibility. The company will not be liable in case of any
violation conducted by me or any of my family member.
(ii) The company (Multilynx) shall not be liable for any loan/advances taken by me
from any person in any capacity whatsoever.
(iii) Multilynx shall not be held responsible in any way in case company’s address is
used by me for correspondence/communication purposes in any financial
institute/bank.
(iv) I shall not work with or be employed by Company’s (Multilynx) customers with whom I
was actively engaged in any official capacity (projects, assignments, etc.) for a period of
1 year after my employment is ended for any reason, including but not limited to the
termination of your employment due to inadequate performance or resignation.
(v) That this undertaking has been given by me with free consent and without any
undue influence and coercion.

I also hereby declare that I will maintain the highest order of discipline and secrecy as regards
to the work of company.
