    PERSON B: Good morning. This is Sara Lahmoddi. No, you have already
    called the human resources department.

    PERSON A: Can you pass me with the accounting department please?

    PERSON B: Yes, wait a minute please.

    PERSON C: Good morning. It’s Ann Davis from the accounting


    department, how can I help you?

    PERSON A: Hello, I’m calling to ask for the accounting register of the
    year 2022.

    PERSON C: At the moment the account is not available. Would you like
    to tell me the name of your company ? I wiil tell your request to the
    accountant tomorrow.
