This Week in 5th Grade

Mr. Hill’s Class
Happy Friday, 5th grade families!

We have made it to the end of another week and Mr. Hill’s class
has been lively! We are nearing the end of the 3rd marking
period which means report cards will be coming home physically
with students and can be viewed online starting next Friday. We Upcoming
finished our unit on federalism this week where a lot of great
discussion has occurred, and students presented some wonderful Events
presentations on state laws pertaining to various U.S. states and
how they compare and differ from our federal laws. We are
beginning preparations for the 5th grade science expo where

will be displaying these projects will be taking place on Monday,
April 23rd and Wednesday the 25th from 5pm to 6:30pm in the
gym. An information packet has been sent home with students
that explains more in detail and with spring break coming up April 23rd and 25th: 5th grade
starting on April 6th, I strongly recommend students have a topic science expo 5pm-6:30pm in
