1. PROJECT EVALUATION & REVIEW TECHNIQUE (PERT): A PROJECT MANAGEMENT


METHOD THAT ANALYZES AND REPRESENTS THE TASKS INVOLVED IN COMPLETING A
PROJECT, EMPHASIZING THE ESTIMATION OF THE TIME REQUIRED TO COMPLETE
EACH TASK.
2. CRITICAL PATH METHOD (CPM): A PROJECT MANAGEMENT METHOD THAT
IDENTIFIES THE CRITICAL PATH IN A PROJECT NETWORK, DETERMINING THE
SEQUENCE OF ACTIVITIES THAT MUST BE COMPLETED ON TIME TO ENSURE THE
OVERALL PROJECT IS COMPLETED WITHIN THE SPECIFIED TIMEFRAME.
3. PROJECT: A TEMPORARY ENDEAVOR WITH A SPECIFIC GOAL, TIMELINE, AND

TO MAINTAIN LOGICAL RELATIONSHIPS, ESPECIALLY WHEN USING THE ARROW
DIAGRAMMING METHOD.
10. EARLIEST TIME: THE EARLIEST POSSIBLE START OR FINISH TIME OF AN ACTIVITY,
CONSIDERING DEPENDENCIES AND CONSTRAINTS.
11. LATEST TIME: THE LATEST ALLOWABLE START OR FINISH TIME OF AN ACTIVITY
WITHOUT DELAYING THE PROJECT DURATION.
12. SLACK: THE AMOUNT OF TIME AN ACTIVITY CAN BE DELAYED WITHOUT
AFFECTING THE PROJECT COMPLETION TIME.
13. FLOAT: THE TOTAL TIME THAT A SCHEDULE ACTIVITY CAN BE DELAYED OR
EXTENDED WITHOUT DELAYING THE PROJECT COMPLETION TIME.
14. PIE CHART: A GRAPHICAL REPRESENTATION OF DATA IN A CIRCULAR GRAPH,
WHERE EACH SLICE REPRESENTS A PROPORTION OF THE WHOLE, OFTEN USED IN
