1. 月维保项目及易损件更换

高压水泵齿轮油：首次一个月更换，之后每半年更换或 5000 台更换一次。

（先到为准）

1. Maintenance by month and Wear parts replacement

Lubrication oil for HP water pump: the first time to replace oil is one month

when machine installation. After that to replace the oil in half year or after

washing 5000sets car, whichever comes first.

高压旋转接头（9-10 个月）

拖链内的高压水管（10-14 个月根据压力值和工作量；5m 管长）

High pressure water pipe suggest to change it 10 to 14 month

4. 定期检查项目 Regular Inspection Items

A/日检：Daily Inspection

自吸泵日检查

Self-priming pump inspection (if any leakage)

配比箱进液管出液管检测是否漏液

Inlet and outlet pipe in proportion box: to check if there is any leakage

喷嘴查看 是否有堵塞

To check water nozzle, if it blocks

调压阀气表每日查看一下 是否漏气

To check gasometer of pressure regulating valve, if air leakage

电磁阀日检查 （建议 1 年更换一次）

Electromagnetic Valve check in daily and suggest to change it by year.

High pressure pipe interface screw: in first month, to Fasten all screws,after that

电子配比泵：3 月用清水冲刷 30 分钟； 如停机设备，清水冲洗配比泵 30

分钟。

Electronic proportioning pump: each 3 months to flush it 30minutes; if the car

wash machine stop using, it must flush all electronic proportioning pumps, at

least 30 minutes.

高压水泵地基固定螺丝，首月检查，之后半年检查

Basement screw of HP water pump: in first month, to Fasten all screws,after

that by half month.

电机地基固定螺栓，首月检查紧固，之后半年检查

Basement screw of motor: in first month, to Fasten all screws,after that by half

电气件：空开，接触器接线端螺丝紧固，首月检查禁锢，之后半年检查

Electric components: to fasten terminal screw of contactor , in first time is one

month, after that by half year.

天车行走塑料轮（轨道内）2 年更换一次。如有异响更换塑料轮内轴承。10

元左右

Plastic sliding wheel of moving body, we suggest to change it in two years. If

there is any abnormal sound, it need to change the bearing inside of plastic

wheel.

3-半年内对轨道梁内保养润滑抹油（黄油脂）

To lubricate inside of guide rails in 3month to a half year. (yellow grease)

同步带传动齿轮保养润滑 3 个月到半年

Timing belt transmission gear need to lubricate within 3 months to 6 months.

白色同步带半年到 1 年检查是否松动

The white synchronous belt need to fasten in six month to a year

气泵罐定期放水（根据环境）半月-1 个月

Pump tank need to draw off water in regularly: half month to one month

配比箱内，泡沫水路电磁阀 1 个月清洗一次（黑色）

In proportion box, the Electromagnetic Valve for foam route is cleaned by

month.

喷嘴建议 5 年更换一批
High pressure water nozzles: suggest to change by 5 years.
