 Introduction

This presentation is to explain and demonstrate the addresses enhancement module in Benayat.
This includes the below processes :

Creating the Address Review the address

Creating Building Permit
request (other services) request by the addresses
by the Engineering Office

Scenarios covered (current missing scenarios)

• More than one main entrance that contains multiple units to it under 1 building (Building has flats and offices. One entrance will be for Flats (Floor 1)
and another entrance for Offices (Floor 2).
• Address is not applicable for buildings
1) Case 1: Compound with Villas and Majlis. Majlis does not require address.
2) Case 2: Separate Security Room Outside Flat building in the same project
• Units within a building that do not require an address
• Adding an Entrance without Units
• One unit building with an internal address ( Building with shops on the ground floor with independent entrances, and an entrance for the building
along with one flat on the 1st floor. This unit requires an internal address despite being a “one unit building” – Similar to a villa- ).

After the building permit is cleared,

The Supervisor engineering office can access the addresses
tab in the other services page.
By clicking on the corresponding icon in the action's
column in the requests list.

Once all entrances are saved,

user clicks on submit, a table is
generated below the map
detailing the addressing needed.

System validates all main entrances are

entered. User has the option to add
additional entrances if required.

On submit, the request status

updates to “Pending”.

On click, user is moved to the payments tab and

addresses pending fees are shown

Once payment is done:

• The request status is updated to “Cleared”.
• Addresses system (EAMS) is updated to Active.
• Civil Registry system (CRS) is updated.
• Address plate company is notified (email – then plates can be received at MUN).
• Address certificates can be downloaded.
